Everything is automated, the girl who helped me is very friendly, her name is Sandra, an expert!!! If you don't have an appointment, you can wait and the labs can be done the same day depending on the number of people.

If you want them not to be solved and treated badly, you can go here! The customer service is terrible, that lady should not work there or anywhere with customer service. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and the complete registration was not done so I decided to wait for her at the counter when she appeared she told me that it was no longer possible due to the time and it wasn't even the time of my appointment. And that I had to make a new appointment. His attitude was very dismissive and rude!

Mary was very outgoing and kind. She assisted me the whole time with my drug test from check-in to leaving the facility. Thank you, Mary.

OK, so you can’t walk in anymore, you are required to make an appointment. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment that worked with my schedule. Got there early, and walked out 30 minutes after my appointment time. They were taking people in the order of arrival. Why require an appointment if you don’t honor appointment times?? Won’t go back to Labcorp.

Terrible attention, the lady at the reception is super rude, I had an appointment at 11:15 and they called me at 12:30 I don't know why they are making an appointment if they attend to you when they want, I would not return to that place, everything is terrible

Amazing experience. I got here a few hours before my scheduled appointment at 1:15 pm on a Monday to try my luck as a walk-in. I arrived around 10:30 am. I was in and out in less than an hour. I think if you go earlier in the day (before noon) it’s much less wait time. I think it really depends on the day! My experience was super efficient. I emailed my lab order to the email address at the front desk and she printed it for me. I would come back again if I need more labs done!

Excessive waiting time, they do not give priority to children or babies. I had to wait 3 hours for them to attend to a 2-year-old child who was fasting. Whenever I asked how long it would take to take care of my son, they told me that they didn't know, only that I should wait. I don't recommend it at all.

Hate to see people only leave reviews when it’s a bad experience. Had an appointment for 9:45 and was out of there by 10:05 on a busy Monday!
