I had to go to Labcorp on Friday and Monday. My experience on Friday was great . A very low wait time and the staff was professional . My lab tech chatted with me; it was fine. On Monday, however, the lady I had clearly didn’t want to do her job. She was in the room complaining to another employee in the hallway practically yelling because the other tech was not in the room. She was saying they already had 100+ people and it’s ridiculous how many people are coming in. I was there for a miscarriage .You never know what people are there for and she made me feel like I was another problem in her day. I didn’t even want to be there or go through what I was going through. Hopefully she can work on her professionalism.

I love going here because of Norma. I been seeing her for the past 5 years. I live in Deltona now but still drive to kissimmee just to see her. She's quick,fast and doesn't hurt you at all! My daughter who is scared of needles will only go to her because Norma doesn't hurt her, makes her calm and is fast!

Love my lab technician Norma she’s always Makes me feel so comfortable she is a whole vibe every time I come I feel right at home. She make sure that I’m taking care of. I absolutely love Norma don’t trust people when it comes to taking my blood, but I absolutely trust her always when it comes to doing my labs

The system was supposedly down, wasted people's time, only helped the ones with printed documents and lady's attitude was very rude. She might have years of experience but no communication skills

Norma is very kind and efficient. She works quickly to take care of patients. The lack of staffing makes for a stressful environment but we find making appointments is best. She works hard to get patients attended to as efficiently as possible.

The coordinator was very unprofessional, her hygiene was poor. And I got upset when she spoke very rudely to my 7-year-old son. It was his first time getting blood drawn. She rudely told him to stop crying because if he continued crying, she was going to prick his other arm. It really bothered me.

I want to give a big shout-out to Norma for taking such great care of me today at the lab. She was working all by herself, handling both check-in and my lab draw, and still made me feel welcomed and comfortable the entire time. Norma was patient, kind, and professional, and she kept everything running so smoothly despite being on her own. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication—it really made a difference in my visit. I hope this review helps shine a light on the amazing job she’s doing.

There is no reason that there is only 1 person working in this place....not only that my appointment was at 1:45 in which I checked in at about 1:40. A lady whom was late to her appointment went b4 me. How should that be fair to someone who is on time for their appointment. I will never return to this labcorp location.

There are better places to go to for blood work. I only went to this place because it was the closest location to me for blood work. I checked in for my appointment online but something told me to go inside the waiting room which I’m glad I did because when I got called by the receptionist (who is actually a one woman show) that’s when I received a notification that the technician was ready to see me. But mind you if you get called and you are there immediately you’ll be automatically placed in the wait list even if you checked in online awaiting the appointment notification. My appointment was 10:30 am and I wasn’t able to see the technician till 15 minutes later and the process was quick but sloppy. The place needs more employees to have it running smoothly instead of having one older lady do all the jobs in the building.

Terrible place last year the phlebotomist was praying didn’t want to do my daughter’s blood . Just the worst experience I ever had . I could go on about that day . We had to call manager she was mad and tried to stop early . Just terrible service

Labcorp is a joke. I wish I could rate 0 stars. I went to multiple locations due to a last minute request for blood work from the doctor. You're better off going to the ER than trying to get a walk-in appointment at any of these Labcorp locations. Go to Quest Diagnostic, at least their system is up and are able to suggest locations that are willing to work with you if the site you're at is too busy. Found a walk-in appointment within 45 minutes of stepping foot at the location I went to. THANK YOU QUEST!
