I moved here from Louisville, Ky and they have been so patient and helpful that I can’t say enough good about them. They have changed out my oxygen machine several times and have been very punctual and ready to try something new. I have a Bipap machine and keep me cared for. I can’t imagine why there are so many bad reviews. They have been wonderful-especially Toby.

Don’t usually leave reviews, but after seeing all the negative reviews I felt compelled to express our wonderful experience. Newer to the area, we called our local Lincare facility when our aunts oxygen machine starting giving a faulty error message and was shutting off automatically. The woman (sry…don’t remember her name) on the phone was very pleasant and stated that they only had one driver today but she would do her best to get him out to see us today. Toby showed up later that day and completely fixed my aunt up. On her old oxygen machine, she was only getting about 35% oxygen…on the new machine she’s at 95% and we can already see an improvement in how she is feeling. Toby also set us up on a schedule for servicing the machine, both with what we can do and when he should return to service again. He was incredibly friendly and professional.

I really wish I could leave negative stars. This company has had my order since July and is telling me that I might not have my cpap before October 1st. I specifically made sure my order would be in well in advance of October 1st because that's when my insurance deductible restarts and I'll have to pay out of pocket for all of this. I have contacted them every couple of weeks and they've continually lost my order. I even had to cancel my 90 day check up with my pulmonary dr because I haven't received my equipment. This is the worst treatment I've ever had from any company. They all seem incompetent and have no regard for the customer. Do yourself a huge favor and get your equipment somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE.

If I could leave no stars I would, I have been dealing with this place for over 4 months trying to get a CPAP machine and they continue to lose the order. I have had to have my provider reach out to them as well as my insurance. The customer service here is horrible, they take your name and number and tell you the person you need to speak to isn't there but will be tomorrow and then they never call you back. This is pretty serious problem according to my providers office who says this happens all the time which is why they try to send patients elsewhere. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover other local providers, if yours does, you should look into it.

Over a month with being told to just wait then told they had no record of me after confirming weekly that they did. Manager told me I would have my equipment at the start of the week and here we are Friday and nothing. I am not happy.

they are they wores! i had to get rid of them! they have some one in kissimmee office that just answers the phone! she does not know anythiny!!! she can not understand or speak english!!!!!!!!!!! was she the cleaning female???? i have posted all over face book! i notified: lhi - the federal contractor for wtc 911 john feal of the feal good foundation nyc 911 wtc health watch - executive director a professor has sent out an email blast to all pd, ems, fire living in florida (and all over the usa!) that no one should use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to a man who had a problem to identify himself as TREVOR after a hassle. English is my only language i speak. He told me he does not understand what my question is about.I was running out of portable oxygen and I needed to replenish .this man is in KISSIMMEE FL he have a communicating problem with a very bad Attitude My opinion he is in the wrong position

Worst company EVER, DO NOT use them under any circumstance!My doctor ordered wheelchair after my surgery and faxed info to insurance. Bluecross approved and forwarded approval to Centrix. Centrix approved and faxed info to Lincare 4 different times and I had both Centrix and Lincare on line to try to resolve this matter. We have been speaking to “Marlene” and this has been going on since 9/23
