Needed a specific size nut/bolt. Lowes online said they had it in stock. Their inventory is a mess. Don't bother. Go to Home Depot. Home Depot's inventory was in order, and they had multiple options in stock.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Judy R. at the Lowe's Kissimmee location for her exceptional customer service. In February, Judy went above and beyond to help my mother and me with a previous custom purchase order that needed correction. Not only did she work diligently to resolve the issue, but she also made sure my mother’s new purchase was handled smoothly. Judy was thorough, patient, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Her dedication to making our shopping experience a positive one truly stood out. Thank you, Judy, for your hard work and kindness!

I visited Lowe’s to purchase some electrical goods after having an unhelpful experience with a staff member at a well-known competitor. Unlike my previous encounter, a store associate at Lowe’s approached me and inquired if I needed assistance. Instead of merely pointing me toward the aisle where he thought the item might be, this associate took the initiative to locate the item himself. He also asked if I needed any further help, but since I was already familiar with the rest of the items on my list, I didn’t require additional assistance. He saved me a lot of time, as I wouldn’t have found the item without his help.

The ad on Google was a lie, they did not actually have the par in stock. Spent 24 minutes and paid tolls to come drive to the store ads need to be more honest.

Buyer's beware, so I'm helpimg my mother with a partial roof repair and the nearest to me was Lowes. For one most employees did not know what they were? After walking around the store a couple times ran into Diana in door and she actually took the time to search for them with me. After finding them I was in shock that the price was $3.44 per strap which I found it to be outrageous, although with thi new administration that was supposed to bring prices down? Instead they are going up! That being that I was pushed for time so I purchased them. When leaving the store I decided to just look up Home Depot to make sure I was not being price gouged. I was shock to see that Home Depot appeared to have the same ones for .98 cent a piece? So even though I did not have the time to do so I went out of my way to stop by the nearest Home Depot to confirm price. I was surprised to find out they were actually .98 cents a piece. So after spending $51.60 for 15 straps, I ended up purchasing 20 of them for $21.09 at Home Depot for those on a budget or fixed income like myself that is a huge difference. Nevertheless do your homework you could same alot of money. Lowes should be ashamed for gouging customers in this manner. The one star is for Diana help in doors that took the time to help me find the straps.

Honestly I don't know why I even bother going to Lowes, the plumbing section is always a mess it's like no one ever zones up and put the items in the correct area, and the custom service is completely nonexistent, seriously I'm in the plumbing section and not one employee acknowledge that existed even to the point of walking in front of what I was looking at while they looked for something, never once saying excuse me or hello, I mean so close that I had to back up so they didn't bump into me, I didn't say anything because I wanted to see if he would acknowledge that I was there so I just stared at him. I wish I could say that was my only interaction but it's like that through out the whole store, and then I have to check myself out and the "cashier"
Had the exact same mannerism, this time I even said hi to her as i went to the check out all she did was look up didn't say a word then looked back down to her handheld device. I easily was next to 6 different employees who seen I was there but made a conscious effort not to acknowledge a customer. This is a example of poor management engagement with their employees and is more thank likely a a direct reflection of how they manage

We came into buy a dryer today 01/25 around 11:30am this morning and the worker in that department was extremely rude to the point we had to leave and go to another Lowe’s. The customer service area had only one worker and six people in line. Do better! Worst Lowe’s ever! Would not recommend! Please everyone just go to the one on pleasant hill road! They are amazing on pleasant hill road!

I brought a fabuloso bottle to return because is in recall and they don’t want to accept it because I don’t have a receipt, that’s ridiculous, is a recall product and also want to return 2 more things in the box, I don’t have receipts sorry we can not accept your refund. Last time coming to this store, I’m going to Home Depot, never say NO to customers, always work with you, if I don’t have receipt they give you store credit, not everyone save receipts, I’m one of those persons, because you don’t think in return it.
