Vet said I need blood work and X-rays without evening seeing my dog first. I would recommend looking someone else that you could trust.

I thought it was a very good place, and the doctor who treated my dog was super attentive and good, it's just that the place lacks a little hygiene, I know it's a pet place, but for the same reason they should have staff cleaning and disinfecting all the time, since diseases can be passed from one puppy to another due to lack of cleanliness, everything was very full of hair everywhere that you can see that they had not been vacuumed for days and poop on top of a seat and on the floor That was my experience, greetings

At first glance, this place seems welcoming and friendly, and most of the staff is indeed quite nice. However, my elderly parents have had random charges for services not rendered as I reviewed the receipts. When confronted with this, they sat me to wait for a special person to remove these charges that never came, I waited more than an hour to speak to someone. Never mind calling, as the hold and likelihood of the continued unavailability of said person deters further attempts. Additionally, It seems the office is not properly staffed to support all of the appointments. Therefore, you are often waiting for 3 or more hours even when arriving on time for your appointment. The lack of consideration for ones time and rush between patients does not inspire confidence.

They only care about their money, not the pets life. If your pet is severely sick don't take it here. They lack empathy sadly!

Our 2 dogs love this place. We’ve been coming to Mayfair since its old location in John Young parkway. ??????

The vet was nice and knowledgeable but the experience with some of the office staff and their protocols was not good. When I made my appt at the end of Dec they told me it was $50 plus tax for the first appt with vaccines and when I got to the appt they said their prices had increased as of the first week of January to around $73. They said I could cancel if I didn’t want it. Then I had to wait over 45min for the vet to come into the room to give him the shots. When I inquired about waiting 40min they said I could reschedule if I wanted to. The room’s floor was wet, I assume from the previous pet.

The worst place to go; no respect for appointmentsThey think their time is valuable, but you, as a patient, have to wait without ETA even if you have scheduled an appointmentMy appointment was at 11:30 Dec 7and the doctor saw my dog at 1 pm(hour and a half waiting)And today was my recheck at 10:15. I showed up at 10:00 and 11:15, and I asked the girl at the front desk when I would see the doctor. She said she didn't know, and I had to wait without any ETAAnd I left without rechecking after I wasted my time with them

BE VERY CAREFUL AND YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!This is a very sketchy place. My dog was having stomach and bowl issues from the changes of food. When we first arrived to the clinic we were told that we needed to do a whole bunch of tests and then the doctor came in saying that our dog had liver cancer. The bill? $550!!!We decided to get a second opinion from another vet who lives in a different country. The international vet looked over the exams and said "The vet whom you guys went to is a thief and a lier. Your dog is as healthy as a newborn puppy and he doesn't havd liver cancer." He then went on to prescribe the right medications which led to our dog stopping having these issues. Let's just say that the consultation plus the medications ran me $75 for everything. You're been warned!!! Be careful with this clinic!!!

I came today, December 14, because they gave me incomplete medications. I asked a question to the little person who works at the counter, the one with the thin red hair and glasses, and she responded with an attitude, repeating the same thing. Obviously, I didn't stay silent and I told her Because her attitude bothered me, I sat down to wait and then she asked her classmates if she had an attitude? If she doesn't know how to serve staff, this job is not for her. A little education and tact wouldn't hurt.Otherwise so far I have no complaints about the place.I don't know the name because they don't have tags with their names.
