I made a recharge on October 25, 2024, today is the 31st and they suspended me! I have to waste my time getting to the store because if I call, (supposedly) the agents are always busy every time I go they sit there doing nothing. Don't play with people's time

I came from boost and transferred over and the young lady that was helping was way too busy with her friends and didn’t tell me if the phone was locked the SIM card would not work so I paid money and I can’t even use my phone. They are so unprofessional at this place and they don’t help you with any solutions. Apologizing doesn’t fix the fact they took my money and the phone is not working.

This place sucks. They tell you things are for free but they over charge you for free items. Take your money somewhere else. Read they policy and make your decision.

At first I thought it would be nice but I didn't know the phone type so anger took in,then six months later try again it's been working ok.so I say thank to apple tech and my metro,and two lady of metro store thanks for understanding Bless you Both Take care ????????????? so far I wish you both kindness and happiness God Bless ???? This location was awesome. We got fast very friendly service and literally every employee spoke with me and my family everyone was all smiles and made us feel welcomed and explained with patience everything we needed to know about phone options and even did the transfer of old phone to the new phone information for us. Would highly recommend. Thank you all

Gerardo Rodriguez Ortiz was amazing, first off when we walk in the door he made us feel welcome, was very efficient, and friendly. Gave us great information, we have been with T-Mobile for almost 20 years and I will be stopping at this location because of him for now and on. 3 thumbs up. Gerardo is definitely an asset to the company! Keep up the great work.

My experience was a good one. I had to replace my damaged phone and received great service from Maria and Cathryn. They both were patient, knowledgeable and willing to help. I'm very satisfied and will continue using Metro in the Future!

Horrible store!! Save yourself money, time and a headache. The sales man lied about accessories being free and then charges you for them. Overpriced lease and in store charges. I was charged a additional $155. Additional to a $465 lease. The managers don't help all. One star because Google doesn't have less. Poor elderly people and customers getting scammed I feel bad

If I could give these folks six stars, I would. I had serious issues after purchasing a phone / plan from the store at 3323 South Orange Blossom Trail. They added on lots of stuff I didn't ask for and refused to give me a refund. Repeated visits didn't fix anything. Lots of excuses and lies. The folks at the t-mobile 800# were marginally better. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half. I can't say enough good things at how helpful they were.

Finally got a day off on Black Sale Friday 11/23, and decided to stop by Metro PCS for assistance with my current phone that had a cracked screen for about a month, making my eyes squint and dilate like crazy struggling to read the screen as it was getting worse and worse. Walked into the store and was greeted by staff members even while they were assisting other customers which was nice. Then Maria offered to assist me after explaining my situation. She was really fantastic throughout the setup process & getting the phone I was looking to replace with. After spending time to assist me she totally threw me off guard about what I was qualified for and even a better deal package that I thought it was a hoax, on Black Friday WOW! She took the time to set things up patiently, even after asking her several times about this amazing deal. Maria deserves 20 stars, and as well all the other reps working that day assisting other customers. I walked out satisfied and sure will be all other future customers. Maria is very professional and recommend this location.

A young lady by the name of Stephanie at East Vine Street, provided me service for a new phone. I was very Impressed by herknowledge, professionalism and customer service skills that I had to get on the web and make it known to MetroPCS which I do not do at all for anyone let alone sales reps. But to my surprise here I am taking time to let Metro PCS know how this young lady surprised me. Another surprise to me was that she knew so much about the technical aspects of the Motorola 5G that she answered the questions I needed without even having to look for notes. Above all, she was very cheerful and very polite to all people she was serving. I was very impressed on how she handled each and every customer including myself so professionally that I left feeling very satisfied as a customer. This is the first time I can say that has ever occurred. Bravo to MetroPCS for having great employees like Stephanie, your selective process is excellent.
