They should give a customer service course to the manager of this place. Today I went to pay my line and since I entered with terrible attitude you can corroborate it on cameras. 04/02/ more or less it was 6:35 in the afternoon when I kindly approached her and she treated me poorly. I was in a bad mood because previously I was arguing on the phone apparently with another worker there because she didn't tell her about a client who came to install a piece of equipment. and she took it out on me with very bad attention, La Verda would not return.

I came to cancel a line that had self-payment, to which I no longer have access and in one way or another the Manager told me that you have to keep the line because I can't do anything, it seems disrespectful to me that it force one to continue with the service if everything is up to date and I no longer need the service.

I bought the s24 199 with portability, it was almost 300 or 318 when I pay for a refill that comes out with how much blood do you have? I show him 326, I charge them and he still calls me and I owe him 6 dollars. I have two phones by Metro I've been with Metro for probably about 5 years now I'm going to be switching companies this coming month because the service is just horrible I remember at one time a long time ago they used to have a good service and now it's not worth it! the phones are cheap and they're nice but the service is horrible I would not recommend it to nobody

The worst service, the girl who serves you is a scammer, she gives you insurance that you don't want and makes you pay for any item in the store even though you clearly tell her that YOU DON'T WANT ANYTHING. My amount to pay for the plan was $30 and I ended up paying $67 with things that I didn't need or want, they take advantage of you in any way

Unfortunately, this store sold me wireless Internet equipment which did not work at my address. I was scammed by the seller as he was asked if the equipment worked on the steering and he responded that it was compatible for the steering. In another sense, the plan offered was not the one installed. The seller gives me the solution to buy another device. No more.. unfortunately I cannot recommend this store.
