City of Kissimmee should visit this t mobile location, everytime I go to UPS store, they place an speaker outside playing music wide loud. We all know you exist but nobody wants to get into this location.

Minute in and asked job, resident repeatedly , phone number and told your driver license is I'd repeadly. Been there 20 years and have to tell your job. I have dr appointments to go to but amscot wants massive information. "WE HAVE TO HAVE A UPDATE OF YOU!" IS THIS A JOKE.

I was having issues with my phone went to a different store a couple of months ago, I called metro customer service and my problem was never solved. I went in today and Jeriel went above and beyond and resolved the problem.

Our experience getting home internet was above and beyond our expectations! Our rep really took his time and made sure all our needs were met! We definitely will be going back to work with him. Sadly I don’t remember his name but have his initials as JZD.

They gave me a speaker for free didn't work and than I couldn't change because they didn't have one to replace mine because they are not supposed to have that type of speaker in the store.

Unhelpful,rude customer service. Only into selling phones,etc.but unwilling to help unless you're buying something.Also very poor knowledge of their merchandise.Was actually Pushed by employee& told to leave,when I politely asked for help with a particular app. Do Not Give This Store Any Business. Completely Unprofessional& Obnoxious!

They sent me to the “corporate” metro on vine st which was not a corporate metro they could have helped me at the store I was at originally. All they had to do was give me a new SIM card for my phone. That was it and didn’t need to send me to drive over 45 mins both ways. They could have helped me there. It’s sad that both girls didn’t know how to get my account number, my phone was dead/water damage and I just needed a SIM card. I know English and spanish and neither one of them could help me in either language. This was the worst experience ever at a metro store.

Horrible customer service here unless you’re Latino. Sat in the store for nearly a hour and they literally took everybody that was Spanish and never got to me. Never going back

Metro needs to be able to do more business in person. Metro has taken away the ability for the people working in the store to do their job! The people were nice but the company is terrible! They need to change their policies
