This very rude lady
We asked the favor of changing our line to another cell phone that had previously been activated with them and she told me that it couldn't be done, that we had to call the Metro line to do this and she told me that she was the manager and that if she said no, It could be because it couldn't, the truth is, what bad attention from that girl. Terrible ?they have damaged that store a lot if there was half a star I would give it to them

I have used this store on at least three occasions and Manuel has always been the best at providing outstanding service with knowledge and a great attitude. He helped me to obtain my Amazon prime service on my phone when that was a promotions and recently ensure the car mobile phone holder was the right one to work efficiently in my car. He is technically proficient on their products and how to change phon numbers, start new phone service, etc.He is calm, cool, focused, and nice. I have been a MetroPCS customer for 12 years and he has been the best of all the service representatives among all stores. I believe he is a manager now and his excellence explains why he is an excellent leader.My recommendation if you want to go to this location at 2076 East Osceola Parkway in the Buenaventura Lakes area is to find out when Manuel is working to get the best service.Thank you, Manuel, for your dedication to providing excellent service. I have taught customer service classes about providing superior service with high standards via Disney, Marriott, Nordstrom, and at universities, and Manuel is reflective of these best role models of superior service!!
