This Metro was the 2nd for the day. The 1st we visited didn't make us feel comfortable. We felt like a quota that needed to be met. This Metro was amazing. Ari was by herself but went out of her way to help us, make us feel like we belonged there and helped other customers at the same time. Ari did everything in her power to get us taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. She went above and beyond like no other. Thanks Ari, we will be back to see you for more phones and exceptional service!

I came in this store to help a homeless man get his phone back active . The sales rep ARIADNAwent above and beyond helping this man . She has alot of patience very calm , with a very demanding customer He was short on money and she was willing to pitch in to pay his bill ! This young lady deserves a raise if you dont give her a raise i will hire her to work for me At Verizon wireless !!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Been buying stuff from the store for a couple years now. Bought my grandson a phone on December 26, 2023 brought it back January 2, 2024 exactly 7 days having problems charging it and they want to play around with the charger they got it up to 30 and because of that they didn’t want to replace the phone. Owner left and went to a meeting. His staff didn’t want to order me another phone, I’ll never do business here again at this location or any store that this guy is tied to be careful where you go because these people don’t stand behind their product phones a week old and they could’ve replaced it but they didn’t want to

lady i think she’s colombian , pony tail with black glasses … real unprofessional smh. Denied service on us and we felt discriminated. She tried to avoid helping us and wouldn’t acknowledge us at all. When we finally did speak she denied service .
