Been buying stuff from the store for a couple years now. Bought my grandson a phone on December 26, 2023 brought it back January 2, 2024 exactly 7 days having problems charging it and they want to play around with the charger they got it up to 30 and because of that they didn’t want to replace the phone. Owner left and went to a meeting. His staff didn’t want to order me another phone, I’ll never do business here again at this location or any store that this guy is tied to be careful where you go because these people don’t stand behind their product phones a week old and they could’ve replaced it but they didn’t want to

lady i think she’s colombian , pony tail with black glasses … real unprofessional smh. Denied service on us and we felt discriminated. She tried to avoid helping us and wouldn’t acknowledge us at all. When we finally did speak she denied service .

came to get a new phone they suggested the iPhone 14 I SPESIFICALLY ASKED if the phone payments would be added to the service payment and she said YES!!!! ME AND MY HUSBAND ASKED SEVERAL TIMES we proceeded to sign papers and 1 month later came to fine out that would be separate and i wasn't going to pay and additional $$$.$$ i called and the same sales girl answered and remembered me and rudely said that she never said yes and proceeded to robot read the lease terms. I kept asking questions and she would repeatedly re-start robot reading lease terms. im going to change my services with T-Mobile

Only had this service 1.5 months and my phone calls, text messages are not coming through and internet is constantly having issues. At least 5 times a day my phone is showing "no service". I've called the customer care line less than an hour after getting the service because I had no service and couldn't search the web or send a text. Since then, I've called 4-5 times with two of the calls being dropped by the agent after saying they will transfer my call to someone who work with the towers. Every time I'm being told my device is the issue (device was purchased through Verizon and never had a issue with the device) then I'm told to reset my phone which has been done at lease twice. I'm being told the tower technician will work on the issue and call me directly regarding the issues but I never received a call or a resolution. T-Mobile and Metro services are trash. Had T-Mobile years ago and had the same issue without a resolution but they expect their monthly payments.

I rarely use this service, but after getting a new phone as a gift for Christmas. I need to make sure the transfer from the old phone , to the new phone was made properly since I didn't want to loose all my pictures, files and contacts. After going to another Metro at Osceola Pkway and being mistreated and getting NO help at all. We decided to visit this one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. The young man who approach us was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. He transferred my phone and also my husband's ( since he had also got a new phone as a gift for Christmas). We ended up getting a Samsung tablet for free ( with using a previous credit we had in our account). We really appreciate all the help we got, specially from Emmanuel, like I said he was so helpful and has amazing customer service skills. The company has a great access to their team! This is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect, care and attention. We will definitely be back!

I came to port over from another carrier and experienced horrible customer service. First the guy that took care of me tried to over price me for FREE phones. So I had to use my old carriers phone, but when it wasn't working I came to let them know that I couldnt make/receive any calls, the general manager started telling me that it was my fault. That i should of took the promotion that they were offering and that their promotions change daily. That's not all she started putting her hand in my face, then a customer asked if she wanted him to handle the situation. The phones in question was supposed to be $150 at most for both including activation and taxes, but he tried charging me $250 and the general manager backed him up. Oh then she threatened to raise my plan to over $100 when it's currently at $70. I would never come here again nor recommend anyone to come here. I found a wonderful metro in caigan crossing, four corners. It's worth the drive. I wish I could have but 0 or negative stars because their customer service is horrible.

The customer service in this store is wounderfull!. Brayan and Gresis help me out with my device. They went above and beyound making sure i left happy and fixed my issue. I recommended this location to everyone
