We came in from out of town and got the last appointment available they stayed late to see my and followed up with the pharmacy to make sure his Meds got filed the same day. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

This Minute Clinic was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Thank you to Deanna and Rose!

Deanna was awesome! She was friendly and helpful. I was seen on time as well, which is also a huge plus since you often have to wait long past your appointment time at CVS minute clinics.

Only getting 1star because I was called like 15 minutes before my actual apt which was nice. The positives end there. I went to a MC on international drive (I'm from Maryland just here on vacation) yesterday and had a god awful experience that I also wrote a review for (and claiming I rarely ever write reviews but here we are) and they double booked and refused to see me cause they were going to be closing in 30 minutes and she wanted to make sure she was off exactly at that time. I was so turned off so I made an appointment at a different minute clinic when I made the appointment last night I had to put my information in and CVS is the pharmacy. I used back home so they had my insurance on file and it popped up to verify that that was still my current insurance. Mind you I'm having to take Uber's everywhere and I'm 99% sure I have the flu so I literally feel like dying not driving all over town. I get there today expecting to pay out of pocket because I have Maryland insurance but no she said I'm not allowed to pay out of pocket and that I can't be seen at all. I was so frustrated by this point I started crying and I'm like why would've not told me that when it popped up on the form I filled out last night? she said I don't know I don't have anything to do with that but you're gonna have this problem pretty much anywhere you go I said oh so if you're one any state insurance other than Florida you can't get medical care in Florida? I swear I will never go to another minute clinic in my life and the CVS's in Maryland, need to come down here and train the people at the Florida CVSs because they are so beyond ignorant, non-sympathetic, non-compassionate, and just really make you feel like a burden, and that they truly don't care

Terrible don't go here to get any shots for your kids for school! Horrible staff not wanting to do their job they literally had no one in there getting to get shots done and they were trying to turn us away. They also will make you pay Walk in prices if you have medicaid.

Our family of five has planned for an overseas trip. We researched on the CDC website and discovered that we would need Typhoid Vaccines, so we made appointments for Typhoid vaccines in three locations due to insufficient vaccines. Two of Minute Clinics charged four of us for the consultation and the typhoid vaccine even though we made an appointment specifically for the Typhoid vaccine, and one location only charged for the vaccine; we have tried to resolve this matter over the phone in two attempts, but they denied of wrongdoing and will not refund the fees that were charged on service we did not request nor received from them.

Computer to make an appointment today doesn’t work and no one in the store knows anything. Only one person working and they are with a customer so you don’t know if you can or cannot make an appointment. They say walk in service but you can’t get anyone in the CVS to help

This was my first time going to a minute clinic and my last. On august 1st of this year I was dealing with a sudden ear problem and wasn’t able to get an appointment with my primary care provider soon enough so I went and made an appointment with minute clinic at this location and when I got there, they ran my insurance card in their system and they told me that my insurance was accepted and that I would just need to provide the co-pay of $20 and then I got to see the nurse practitioner (Monica Clarke) which she confirmed that I had an acute tear to the subcutaneous membrane in my ear which would heal in a couple of days. She told me she would prescribe me some antibiotics just to make sure while it’s healing that it doesn’t get infected. After the appointment I went to go pick up the prescription and I went about my day. While taking those antibiotics over the next couple of days, I ended up getting other infections because the antibiotics were affecting the good bacteria in my body. My ear did heal up just fine and back to normal but fast forward to now in December and I am receiving an email from minute clinic, saying the my visit was never covered. I was very confused because they specifically told me when they checked my insurance provider in the system that everything was covered and i would just need the $20 co-pay. I managed to get a hold of them with customer service, and I was told that my insurance was never accepted when they told me at the appointment that it was accepted. The whole experience itself was terrible but at least now I know to stay clear of MinuteClinics all together.

The doctor (Dr Bearden-Caudie) I saw on my MinuteClinic (MC) visit was fantastic! Billing/payment has been a nightmare.I do NOT recommend MC if you use a health savings account (HSA) to pay for your patient out of pocket. Billing is no help. HSA payment issued to them multiple times. Last payment cleared on 4/4/22. As of today (5/2/22) they still have no record of the payment and have referred me to collection!

Breanna, a customer service pharmacy tech told me my prescription wasn't available and would take 2-3 days to order at 9 am. I decided to have the prescription filled at work since I work in a hospital and it would probably be quicker. At exactly 0930, I try and transfer my prescription to my work pharmacy and it's already been filled by CVS. I return after my shift 7:45 pm and Breanna (still working) doesn't seem to care or be phased....she shrugs a laughs with a "whatever" attitude. Even worse, doesn't bother providing me instructions for my medication. Never coming back!
