worst possible service imaginable. you call and they leave you on hold until they close. Everytime they send you the prescription to this pharmacy nothing is in stock and they "place an order" for it and never get it in. I have been waiting for my medications for over two months. go anywhere else for your meds because this place does not care about your health. their pharmacist are rude and condescending. they act like you going to pick up your prescriptions is an inconvenience to them. be prepared to be yelled at and told that they can't help you. They love to jeep your prescriptions on hold and not fill them for you.

Not sure what's up here, over the last couple of months the service at the pharmacy has declined to the point where they don't even answer the phones, leave you on hold for 7-15 min or longer and even pick up and hang up immediately. Not sure if they had changes in staff or management but whatever they have done has made this location go from barely acceptable to worse. Call and ask for the manager and they transfer to never ending hold to only repeat the cycle of not getting anyone on the phone or someone hanging up on you. Time to switch pharmacy or sign up for mail order through insurance, SMH, shame on CVS FOR ALLOWING THIS.

When I moved to Florida, I transferred my prescriptions to the CVS on Sand Lake, and then to here on Orange Blossom, in Kissimmee when I bought my house. The staff here, especially the pharmacy staff is so friendly, personable, and they always go the extra mile to make sure we get everything we need, and want. I love my southern people. They are the best. They make everyday a great day. Thanks for making us feel more at home than anywhere else.

I never had so bad experience in an pharmacy until latterly in this pharmacy. The doctor sent to the pharmacy my prescription and my mother prescription. I was waiting half of the day to get notified that the prescription is ready but that never happened. I stopped by the pharmacy for nothing. They told me that the medication weren't ready. I had to wait one more day to get my mother's medication. They said the doctor sent my prescription to a different pharmacy and he only prescribed one medication, but in reality we're two medications. They should remove all the employees and replace them for new ones. Time to change of pharmacy.

At checkout I observed the cashier Tina be extremely rude to the customer she was checking out. When I approached to check out Tina was also rude to me. Made comments regarding the use of ECB and coupons. Tina told me people shouldn't come shopping if they can't afford things, and wasn't helpful when questions where asked regarding pricing and coupon policy. When I asked to speak to a manager Tina said she wouldn't be able to help me either because the computer would not take my coupon. The lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by Tina made the prior customer and myself very uncomfortable. The mumbling under her breath, the tone of voice, lack of knowledge and overall attitude will prevent me from coming into this store again. I did complete my shopping trip, to Tina's disgust, I asked her to void my transactions and do it again until all my coupons went thru. However the other customer left her items at the counter and walked out.

When I arrived at the counter the young lady working the counter for one never greeted me nor asked me if I found everything okay. Msg to Caroline working the register customer service is a very important part of customer service and should be taken seriously. When I asked to see an item that was held behind the counter she gave this look like I was a crazy person, as if I didn't know what I was talking about. When I had finally explained to her what I was talking about she gave me a slight remark as if going to grab the item I wanted to purchase was out of the way... it's not my fault you hate your job or didn't get enough sleep before your shift. These choices you make can greatly affect the business of the store..

This location is smaller, compared to other CVS' I've been to, however this store is well organized and the employees are very nice and attentive, greeting every customer as they walk in. The shelves are always filled with products (at least the times I've been there). Their rewards program is very good. They send you coupons and special offers via email and you can always verify their deals on the machine they have inside the store.

96/100 in 2016 challenge This is not a location that I go to often. This CVS is on the way to work and is open 24/7. It is the only pharmacy per se for about a 12 mile stretch and I don't have a choice. I usually stop here when I really, really need to use the restroom and can not wait or have a splitting headache and need meds in a quick fix. I am not sure if it's the hours that I stop and the fact that they employees are not happy to being there but, in the few times I have stopped they were not nice and inviting and helping me seemed to bother them. I hate writing bad reviews but maybe someone will read this and help them with their customer services skills.

Horrible customer service. Would rather go to Publix or Walgreens across the street. Will purposefully never go to ANY CVS because of the terrible service in this one. Went in for a particular gift card and a gallon of milk. Went to cashier to pay and when she tried to ring the gift card up she says: the gift card is not valid or in the system (with attitude). I say ok...and she commences to stare at me in silence. I say soooo call a manager? or help me to fix this?? She rolls her eyes and calls a manager with her phone, bags my milk and gives it to me. ( I thought I had paid for the milk because I put in all my debit info and a receipt came up and she gave it to me...turns out she voided the entire purchase and gave me a blank paper and bagged my milk and gave it to me without telling me this). Manager comes and proceeds to go to the gift card area. He says the same thing cashier says and again stares at me blankly. What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE??? You know..where the manager says "i'm so sorry for your inconvenience Ma'am, we at CVS will try to rectify this situation for you by...blah blah blah *solution*....now I just get blank stares and rudeness. Well I say ok then, Ill just go since there appears to be no solution to this problem....hopefully Walgreens across the street can help me. I walk out with my milk which I thought I purchased only to be told by the cashier "oh you didnt pay for that" as I approached the door in front of a line of customers...like I was a thief or something!!! I say then what was all that I did with my debit card and such??? At this point I was just over this whole experience. I put the milk down on her counter and walked out. Never again CVS...never again....
