Came from out of town, waited 29 minutes for change on a broken pump that pump then stop pump then stop, it's outside, it's a horrible hole in the center of everything

In all the years I have live is St. Cloud and patronized Murphy USA I have never had a negative experience until yesterday. Employee was on her personal cell phone and left me standing at the window when she finished and opened the window she acted as if I was a disturbance to her. I took a deep breath in which apparently was the wrong thing to do because she passive aggressively proceeded to ask me if she did something wrong to which I stated NO she then continued to try and bait me into an argument by telling me that she can read people well and that it appears as if I had a problem. I chose not to engage her ignorance but honestly I believe she is waisting her talents of reading people well by working in a gas station and serving the people. If you try and attack customers you will loose business the business that clearly pays you so be nice to people and don’t try and bully people using your personal cell phone while at work and being annoyed when you have to do your job seems to be an issue with this woman. So no longer will I give them my money I will pay the bills extra dollar of cents elsewhere being treated with respect and courtesy

The gas pump is not accurate. I think they have the meter pump rigged. It was more like $4.00 a gallon instead of $3.00 a gallon. Roughly... so about a dollar more than what the pump display shows.

From bad to worst. Line past the coolers, merchandise on the floor & the cashier sitting in his car smoking. WoW!!!!! Same cashier that didn't know how to set up a gas pump yesterday for customers. TEMU CASHIERS

I went to this gas station last week and was told the system was down, so I was unable to purchase anything. Just went again exactly one week later trying to buy gas and the lady comes out telling me the system is down. What a joke of a place with incompetent, lazy employees.

It's 6:30 a.m. in the morning the cashier said they do not open until 5:00 when I explained to her that it was 6:00 a.m. she started to yell and say the bathrooms are closed I never wanted to use the bathroom I'm not sure if she's mentally challenged for lazy and don't want work this is unacceptable barely speaks English

I used the restroom today around 11 am, noticed they were low on toilet paper and told the attendant. She throws her hands up in the air and shugs at me like saying "what are you telling me for?" I went back now just because I was curious to see if she had done anything about it and there's absolutely no paper in there. Then they have the audacity to put up a sign telling people to keep the bathroom clean when they won't even take care of it themselves...

They always close well before time!!!! I have arrived several times at 11:20 and they already tell me that it is closed. And the schedule says it is until 11.30pm. Why set a schedule that they don't comply with?

On Feb. 9, 2019 I was planning on putting gas into my car at BJ's Warehouse and it was 2.149, but had experienced a problem of being charged premium prices for regular gas, so I decided to go to the Murphy's gas station at Osceola Parkway and Michigan Street in Kissimmee, FL.
