I went there to exchange sneakers that I bought from Winter Garden and I was given top notch service. Nemo and James made sure that I got the sneakers I wanted with the right fit and color.

I live in Texas, I bought sneakers to go to Disney
When I went to the checkout, the cashier told me to enter your email.. (but at no point did she ask if I had a Nike account) ok, I didn't keep the note because I thought the receipt would go to my email.. that was it..
I went to use tennis and my feet hurt
.so I went to exchange and due to the attendant's unprepared explanation I had to sell my sneakers to Nike.. they paid me$ 84 dollars for 1 sneaker that I paid $120 the day before..
