I went today and bought some white pair of pants which where in sale from $39.99 to 50/ off so they came out to $18.99 in the same rack they have the matching blouse to the pants , when I go to register the cashier 3385517 , tells me that the blouse was not on sale I told her that to in the same rack as where the pants are and I proceeded to show her, she walk back to the register and says it’s only the pants with attitude, so I decided to only purchase the pants , cause I’m not going to buy a $35 dollar blouse when it’s their mistake in putting all items in same rack which states , 50/ off and to me it was wrong in their end false advertising, what happened with the customer is right , especially when they made the mistake in putting the items together…….

These people can’t even be bothered to update their hours.
I drove to this location with the intention of exchanging a gift that did not fit me, and I walked all the way up to the door just to read that they close a full hour earlier than what they say they close at online, absolutely Just shameful.

This Cashier 35920382 gave attitude about me using out discount at register with our gap given card and when handed cash apparently didn’t know how to do math properly and when told about change she said it was “too late” and proceed to hand me the wrong change.

Had the rudest fitting room attendant ever, her name is JESSICA. She was so mean, I kept asking her questions about sizes because I genuinely needed help and she kept eating wing stop in-front of me. She gave me attitude and was on her phone. I heard her talking about me when I went to get another size for jeans and she kept mumbling things under her breath. I used to be an everyday shopper here but not anymore. Old Navy lost a loyal customer because of her. Fire that woman if u guys know what’s best for you.

Disgusting customer service. Was not welcomed or asked I'd anything was okay. Only time I was looked in the face was when I told the cashier the price was wrong as if I annoyed her. Staff is clueless about the promotions with a disgusting attitude.

Shop online and pickup in store. That’s what I do every time and I love it. Old Navy has a solid app and most of the time, prices are better online. When I go to pickup I just skip the line, show my ID and in seconds I have my shopping bag full of clothes. I love the efficiency!!
