As I am getting my car wash one of the employees opened a metal storage cabinet and hit my car door. The employee said the metal door is broken and got the manager. All she said was “it wasn’t their fault” and walked away

Preston and his staff was definitely "On Point" today at his car detail business. Good prices and superior service, the staff was friendly and communicated with me about the different options available. Even better than all that, they paid great attention to details which is critical for someone who is "OCD" about their wheels and mirrors like myself. Go check them out and I'm sure you'll be glad you did, I certainly was.. The were On Point!!

The dumb lil jackass that drives this vehicle is very dangerous and the owner is lucky she didn't wreck his car. But you can bet she will be involved in a accident very soon due to her bad driving. She pulled in front of me leaving a parking spot then ran a stop sign, I called to make the owner aware and obviously it's her husband. They both will learn the hard way how important customer service is and how they need to be humble and apologize when there dead wrong like they both were today
