They don't answer the phones and when you go they tell you that they are too busy to answer or it is because they need someone capable of doing it.

This place has gotten worse with time. I called at what is supposed to be the least busiest time and after waiting on the automated line for 20 minutes an outside representative picks up and tells me to hold as she calls the office . The representative comes back on and says the office will call me back by 6pm it 9am right now. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order. This is my 3rd call to the office and I still I haven't received my order.

I recommend this place 100% both for the service and the attention of everyone there! My daughter's glasses were damaged, I came and they solved it in minutes! Super recommended 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Worst store ever Lady hung up on me i asked questions said no 2 weeks going on 3 to get glasses. RUN don't walk away from this store ask her for my eye prescription 3 times still haven't gotten it ask for a tracking number to find out where my glasses where didn't have it. Ask to talk to a district manager on hold for 20 min than told she dosnt give out number she was to call me. A course no call back. ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I PAID FOR don't pay for ur glasses till u get them reported to the better business bureau

Very nice staff, and the ODs were quick, efficient but thorough with my mom. The people that helped my Mom get her glasses were very nice too. Let us know about some Humana benefits that minimized her out of pocket cost. Would come again.

I highly recommend optical outlets. Dr. Frazer and Jennifer were great. They made the process very comfortable. The wait time was no more than 10 mins. I know I will come here again.

I do not recommend it. I had my glasses made on October 2nd and today, November 6th, they did it wrong. They have postponed my appointment three times. They did not return the money that I paid $900 and the response, I'm sorry, come tomorrow to see if the Doctor can do it. see and while you keep waiting
