Had an apt at 445. Showed up at 448 was late due to an accident. They refused to see me and said I was late and had to arrive 15min before my apt. They stated they called however I showed them I never got a call, voice-mail, or email about having to arrive early. The gal was really rude and wasn't listening to me and kept saying I'm late so I have to reschedule. I will never be coming back to this location again.

Dr. Matthew Rodrigues is one of the best. He is so good with the scripts. My glasses are sharp and I have no complaints. Excellent service and they offer Sunbit to stretch out payments.

Today was a sad day for me and my family. Last week I made a appointment for my Mom, Wife and myself for what I thought it was for Thursday February 29th. The receptionist scheduled me for Thursday March 7th. I didn't looked at my written appointments so I considered this my fault. However, when I arrived at what I thought was the correct date the receptionist advised me of the error and said that our appointment was scheduled for next week.When I arrived at the clinic my family was the only ones there. I walked away from the receptionist desk and met with my family to reschedule. My wife and I both work with different schedules. When we returned to the desk there was another client at the desk. There were two receptionist at the time. I mentioned that we can reschedule for the another date that all three of us were available. But of the receptionist said no, you must put your name in the appointment chart and someone will call you. I said that in the twelve years that my Family have been clients there we have always made our appointments at that desk. She, the second receptionist, was very unprofessional and I felt offended. I'm a retail manager at Joseph A Bank and I would never hired someone with lack of empathy towards a customer. I went Ahead and scheduled appointments for my family at a different facility but I just wanted to let you know why I. After so many years, decided to part with your organization.

Gracias a estas chicas de front desk! Vivi y Génesis! Hicieron de nuestra visita una muy placentera. A pesar de llegar tarde ellas con mucha paciencia y muy amables hicieron hasta lo imposible para el Dr nos pudiera ver a mi y a mis hijos. Dios las bendiga! Gracias a Jennifer Rivera que también hace de nuestras visitas una experiencia placentera por muchos años ya.

Although the receptionist was friendly, unfortunately, they are very disorganized. The appointment was for 9:45am but we got there a bit earlier (knowing how doctor visits work). We waited until 10:35am to ask what was the hold up. I simply asked the receptionist if they had a list of patients to see when we would be next. They told me that only the doctor has access. So I went to the doctor and the doctor was rude by walking away and saying “They’ll call you”. While I was asking him the question, he was also shuffling the patients’ paperwork like it was at random. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. You can’t run a business without a list to follow.

Every time I take my elderly mother there, they have an issue. So here's our most recent misadventures at Optical Outlets. The first trip for the eye exam and frame selection, we had to wait an HOUR past our appointment time. After the exam and frame selection, they took nearly a month to have the glasses ready. Then we drove out there (30 minute drive) to finally pick the glasses up, and they were the wrong glasses. And I mean wrong everything. Wrong prescription, wrong frames. So after they agreed to fix everything, starting with a new eye exam (again), we made another appointment and drove there (another 30 minutes). This time, when we arrived for my mother's 9:00 appointment, surprise, both eye doctors were sick and cancelling appointments. Of course Optical Outlets called us to let us know...at 8:49 for a 9:00 appointment. A whole 11 minute warning. So now we have ANOTHER appointment in a week. I can't wait to see what incompetence awaits this time.
