O'Reilly Auto Parts has a good selection of products, but the customer service is seriously lacking. The staff seems more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. It’s really frustrating and a bit strange.
Just yesterday, I had an experience where two employees were having a conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me. They didn’t greet me, ask if I needed help, or even make eye contact. I found it really disappointing and unprofessional.
While the products are reliable, the poor customer service makes the shopping experience unpleasant. I hope they improve their service because it’s hard to justify coming back with that kind of treatment.

This store is so convenient close to the house right around the corner but the customer service sucks they act like they don’t want to help you or try to find a solution to your problem at work. If you’re not helping your customer doesn’t make any sense.

They are new in town. They honor the warranty no push back. They greet you as you walk in. Fast and perfect.
