Orlando Diagnostic Center is an outstanding and pleasant diagnostic center in Kissimmee. The staff is super kind, pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, very kind, loving, and empathetic. They go above and beyond to help, making everyone feel valued. The service is great, fast, and very accommodating, including for walk-ins, same-day appointments, and persons with disabilities. Appointments are scheduled quickly, often much faster than other centers. From the front desk to the technicians, personnel are very attentive, willing to help, and excellent at explaining procedures and answering questions. The imaging technicians are patient and understand patient needs. The premises and environment are very well maintained. The equipment used, such as for MRI, is state-of-the-art. The center provides a wide range of studies, and results come out in time, with images often provided on a CD before leaving. The personnel is bilingual, which is greatly appreciated by the Hispanic community. Patients are treated with kindness, compassion, and amazing care from the moment they walk in until they leave, creating a confident and positive experience.
