We used OMR upon recommendation from someone online. We wanted a stiller big enough for our 7 year old niece during her first Disney trip. I cannot recommend them enough! They dropped the stroller at bell services for our resort on our arrival day. In checkout day, we left it with bell services and they retrieved it after we left. It was so easy to be able to arrive and go and the same for departure day. They were in contact with us along the way regarding arrival and departure times as well. After we left, I realized we left our air tag hidden within the stroller. They were able to locate it and it’s on its way back to me at this moment! Thank you OMR! I will recommend you to anyone seeing a stroller for their trip!

I can’t say enough good things about Orlando Medical. I rented a Hoyer lift and sling, They delivered it on time and the lift was in great condition. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

OMR was great. Prices were very reasonable and the service was right on. They dropped the scooter off at our hotel and picked it up after we were done. No issues at all. Equipment was very reliable!

Super easy and convenient. All transactions aside from delivery were done online and the staff were always very pleasant. I felt I got a good deal on the rental recliner and the quality was good. I would totally use this company again and I highly recommend them.

We write this having used this company since 2016. We have noticed a decline in customer service. We rent a medical lift recliner each time when come on vacation. This is several times a year. We have talked with them each time asking for a certain brand of chair because the other brand is not wide enough and causes back and neck pain. A note was put in the system saying it was our preferred brand. The latest trip down when we arrived in our room after all day in Disney we found the chair was not the brand we had noted we needed. Of course it 10pm and we can’t do anything about it. When I reached out the company asking if possible to switch out chair for a different one they said “I do see your preference noted and the loader did look to see if one was available and there was not. As I said, we do not promise a particular item or brand but do our best to accommodate when possible. I currently have no chairs available at all. I do have a chair coming back on Monday evening, but I won't know the brand until it's been returned.” While I understand the could not guarantee me the chair I needed, I do not understand why they would not have given me a courtesy call letting me know it was not available before taking my money and dropping off chair. If a long time customer has made request like this in the past and explained why it’s being requested, you would hope they would A: do everything they can to accommodate B: call or been text when they can’t meet the need. We felt that didn’t care if they had our business or not. They didn‘t value us as a customers. People who rent this type of stuff are not doing it because they just want it. There are medical reasons behind it. I hope for whomever uses them in the future that they receive better customer service than we did. I should also note that after the wonderful help with a Disney cast member we have learned of another approved vendor and have already booked our future upcoming trips with them. They were able to guarantee we would get the type of chair we need. A side note that when we called to cancel our future bookings that the person who answered never said I’m sorry to hear this or ask why. They again just simply didn‘t care.

The service was amazing!! The process was so easy. They drop off and deliver -- so accommodating. I would not have been able to do the parks without a scooter. I highly recommend OMR!!!Thank you for everything

Absolutely wonderful customer service!! Scooter was great, much better than the parks and affordable. This is the 2nd time to rent one from OMR and plan renting one from them again in NOV

I had my vacation planned for months to a theme park… then I broke my toe badly. I was thinking how am I going to be able to get around. A friend recommended OMR! They made the process of renting a scooter easy and it saved my vacation. The scooter was perfect! Long battery life and well kept. They even included a poncho as a storm was going to come through. We avoided the rain but I appreciated the thoughtfulness. I was worried the scooter would be super slow but it had great settings and I was able to enjoy my day.They delivered the scooter right to the hotel which was awesome. It was also an easy drop off process as they pick it up from the hotel as well.Good communication and service. Thank you to OMR.

This is a great rental company . We rented a transport chair for my mother and the whole process was SO EASY! I would HIGHLY recommend them . As a bonus they are very nice too !!
