I wish I had read these reviews before taking my pet there, my girl told me how condescending the doctor was, and by reading his responses to all the reviews, I can tell he's condescending as hell. Nobody in the reviews is saying do things for free, everybody knows pet care is not free, those responses were completely unnecessary.

Dismissive staff/doctor when it came to my concerns about my pet. A week later my pet got worse and took him to another place.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE, YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY, THE LIVES OF THE ANIMALS DO NOT CARE, YOU SHOULD CLOSE THAT PLACE. IT'S SAD THAT THEY COULD SAVE THE LIFE OF A DOG, THEY DID NOTHING BECAUSE THEY HAD TO PAY FIRST. BUT GOD IS BIGGER AND SEES EVERYTHING.IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE, ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY, THE LIVES OF THE ANIMALS DO NOT CARE, SHOULD CLOSE THAT PLACE. Stay away from this emergency pet hospital. We took our dog to this place because she was having issues delivering her litter. The staff was friendly and attentive however the short time that we saw the doctor was a different story. He came across very cold and dismissive. He prescribed some medications that he wanted us to start right away (in the middle of labor) that later we found out from a different animal hospital that we didn’t needed. They also were mostly pushing for us to go away or get a c-section on our dog. At the end it felt like they were more concerned about the money than the wellbeing of our dog.

I’ve used them twice they are not my main veterinarian for my pets but in urgent request or emergency situations they have been pretty helpful. The only thing I noticed is that they are not meticulous with what they do. I had to call multiple times for them to fix DOB and basic demographics because they didn’t do it the first time correctly. Also I called prior to going on a weekend as I know pricing is differ but when I end up showing up there always random fees in addition to the visit.

I took my dog there on day, because she was vomiting and having diarrhea. Even though we payed an expensive exam, my dog’s life is more important. They were very helpful with us, every doubt that we had they answers us, and gave the correct medicine to treat her illness. Thank you.

I remember bringing in a stray kitten and his guts were hanging out of his stomach from a bigger cat attacking him and I had no money but was trying to save his life so maybe he would be put up for adoption they refused to save the cat and offered to put him down when they could have saved him. These people don't even love animals only your money. I wouldn't trust them with my own animals*REPLY TO Osceola Animal Emergency*The kitten was NOT my pet but thanks for your condescending reply further proves my point, you have no real care for animals, only what profits you can make which further leaves me to say I WOULD NOT trust you with MY OWN PETS CARE THAT I WOULD NORMALLY PAY FORI hope everyone sees this and thinks twice before entrusting you with the care of their own Animal companions

Took my dog there on emergency, he had blood in his stool and had diarrhea,. all they care about is charging you $$ , RUN As Fast as you can !!!! … they charged my card in 3 separate occasions because all they care about is making $ , not the well being of the dog ! Very sad ! I was so disappointed! I should’ve read the reviews before I went in ! I ended up taking my poor dog to another vet and they did right by him !

This company does not care about the animals. They are more worried about getting paid. My dog Zoey was very sick on 10/20/23. We took her to this emergency hospital and I got the worst experience I have ever received. We sat there for hours with my dog Zoey in pain waiting on the vet. As we waited my dog was suffering in pain getting weaker and weaker. The Vet wanted my dog to stay for two nights and was charging 1500.00 for two nights. They charged me 528.00 to do X-rays and blood work just for them to tell me they do not know what was wrong with Zoey. My dog died because of the lack of knowledge, carless, money-hungry company who only cares about the money and not the animals. This company needs to be shut down and the doctor's license needs to be revoked. I will be contacting . BBB on this company. This office should not be up and running this man is killing animals instead of saving lives. An emergency room is what it's called an emergency, not a waiting room. When adults go to to the emergency room the first question is not about payment the concern of the patient. I will get justice for my Zoey

They saved my dog’s life to the best of their ability. Went way above and beyond what most would have and the knowledge brought to the table was invaluable. Immediately got her in for a bowel blockage surgery and was one of the rare vets with the knowledge to know what he was seeing and how to start fighting back fast to give her a chance. Showed more emotions and caring than most human doctors. Went to bat getting lab results back quicker, researched and found studies and a team for her to try to fight this hopeless death sentence. The team really truly cares for animals and does everything they can and I can know this even weeks later because they’re staying up to date her healthcare even now weeks later when she’s not under their care anymore and isn’t our primary vet. God is truly guiding this team’s hands here. If they don’t or can’t help your pet it definitely would not be from lack of trying and wanting or lack of knowledge. If you haven’t heard of Pythiosis or Swamp Cancer look it up for you and your pet- just the knowledge can save lives.

UNSAFE. Would highly recommend finding another emergency vet if at all possible. Does not meet standards of care and clearly looking to bill for as much as possible. I brought my dog here for persistent vomiting, diarrhea, lack of appetite, and labored breathing; I had concerns about an allergic reaction. We called ahead of time to make sure she could be seen, there was no sense of urgency when we arrived. Paid close to $400 for Dr. Hector Diaz to "evaluate" my dog for less than 30 seconds and run labs. He trivialized my concerns and the status of my dog. Their labs showed my dog was moderately - severely dehydrated (per the second emergency vet we had to see), when he stated it was mild, and gave her a small amount of fluids under the skin. I was then charged another almost $400 for several medications my dog didn't actually need. When I asked the tech why they wanted her to take two antibiotics, she gave me an absolutely baseless explanation. Tried to tell me one of the medications was a probiotic, which it is not. Overall, suggests to me they rely on owners having zero medical knowledge; however, I am not a veterinarian and put my trust in these people. They told me to follow up in 1 week if she did not improve. My dog's status quickly deteriorated as the day progressed, leading us to another emergency vet. Turns out my dog had acute hemorrhagic diarrhea syndrome with a functional bowel obstruction, requiring a 36 hour stay with IV fluids, other medications, and close monitoring. They told me at triage her abdomen was very tense and painful, which he would've known had he given her a thorough exam. My dog would have died if I followed this place's advice.
