This place has very rude staff like Roxanne and have locked an urn with my mothers remains which is their policy but now are saying they can’t open the urn. It is really disgusting to treat family members of the deceased who are suffering so poorly but also to not have any regard for the deceased person stuck in the urn. There is a special form of karma waiting for these people. Do not let your family members be disrespected here.

I gave my review the other day for CCP with Fabiola. That one was a great review for her. I didn’t want to miss giving a proper review for one of the finest gentlemen who came to pickup my sister, Karen Withrow. That gentleman’s name is William Bouret. He was prompt in arriving in very little time. He gave my sister so much respect while preparing her for transport from her nursing home in Orlando. Not only that, he gave me plenty of time to spend my last few moments with her. Very kind. So professional yet extremely compassionate. Thank you to William.Barbara Campbell

This is the 3rd service with the Kissimmee location, my mom and dad and today my father in law. He was a Korean war veteran and we had a veteran service. 2 Different division of honor guards were there and they did the taps ceremony with the gun tribute. I am so honored and humbled by what our service members who have retiredstill come out to support their fallen brothers their families. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot express the gratitude for Osceola Memory Gardens staff and our military family.Robert and Melissa Gaudert

I rarely write reviews, but this place was a godsend for me and my family. My Dad passed in Florida and our family lives in the Northeast. Tom was amazing to work with. He was patient, kind, and truly a pleasure to work with. He helped me to understand everything from start to finish and helped put me to ease. I was confident that everything was taken care of. Because we transported my Dad to the northeast for burial, we had to work with another funeral home up here and kept saying that we wish we could have worked with Osceola Memory Gardens for all of it. Thank you, thank you.

My mom passed away three years ago to date. For the first two years I kept her ashes with me before i had to move out of county, to which I placed her in her pre-paid niche. When my father came into town we finally went to the cemetary together to pay our respects. Not only was she placed in the wrong niche, they had a blank name on her. Like I said this was pre paid before her death and I personally even emailed back and forth to the facilitator to ensure everything would be correct. I have video to show that they placed the wrong name and that I personally placed her in the correct niche next to my grandpa and they tried to put the wrong slab on her with the wrong name. They will take you for your money but not follow through with their service. Literally have to wait till monday to drive all the way down to kissimmee to personally talk to someone to fix this. It should have been already prepared it was already in advance paid for. The fact we have to do this and couldnt even pay our respects yesterday properly is truly inhuman and unethical. There are many funeral homes in the area, I would not suggest this one at all.

My dad died in June . We live in Virginia and my son & i had to come 2 days apart to view my dad. I called not sure of rude lady I spoke to but she kept referring to my mom.as the wife. I was upset that they charged my mom $300.00 for my son to view my dad and told me I had until Sunday to get to fla or my dad would be cremated and my mom was being charged another $300 for 30 min viewing. When my dad was brought out I could see the cardboard box and zip ties how disrespectful. He was wrapped like a mummy. All I could see was his face. I can tell you this Virginia does not treat people this way. Shame on this funeral home

Dealing with Osceola Memory Gardens on Boggy Creek was great during this sad time. They were definitely exceptional . From the initial contact and meeting with Norma Johnson we felt comfortable and knew she was working on our behalf. She provided continuous updates and made thoughtful recommendations. Norma was exceptional to work with. She definitely made the process easier.

It was a sad moment to say good bye to one of our loved ones, but I am ecstatic to say we chose the perfect place to do it at. The staff was very attentive! Norma was exceptional, answered all of our concerns, questions and made sure it all went perfect. The place is beautiful and organized! The only thing i can say I did not like was the noise outside, i believe they were cutting the grass and it couldve waited until our service outside was done. Overall our experience was AMAZING and we are so happy we chose to do our funeral here.

Marisol, our funeral director assisted us at every junction, to lay MOM to rest. She was patient, kind, and understanding giving us deadlines, but also time to get things done.On the day of the funeral, Tim and his team displayed compassion and the humanistic emotions of care and just being there for our family.Thank you.The family of Valda Brown.

Respectful, family run funeral home. My husband's grandmother passed away in February. The funeral director we met with was respectful, with honest upfront pricing. The ceremony was lovely. Appreciated their honesty and how helpful they were during such a difficult time.
