We had my father's services here several years ago and I will never forget the lack of compassion shown to me from one of these employees. I asked for help and he looked me right in the eye and said, No. I will never forget the way he looked at me and I wouldn't step foot in this place if they were handling the services for free.

The staff at the Poinciana Osceola Memory Gardens were very supportive, respectful and attentive. We were very pleased with the way the family was treated. My Pop looked like he was having a restful sleep. Thank you for your kindness.

At a most difficult and painful time in my life, Osceola Memory Garden was very gentle, patient and kind. The staff lightened my load. I felt as if without words they said "sit back, we will handle everything". My loved one was buried at a national cemetery and the staff handled that aspect as well. I hope I never have to go to them for another loved one but if I have to make this painful journey again, I would want it to be with the staff of Osceola Memory Gardens of Poincian. Thank you Roxanne and Marisol.

My family and I would like to give a special thank you to Nitza, Stephanie and Roxanne who went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met. They were patient, kind and understanding. Thanks again for everything from The Woolward family.

Well I am at it again searching online for a reputable funeral home. I remember using Osceola Memory Gardens on Pleasant Hill Rd back in 2015 when my Father passed away. I remember everything that they did was top notch, with a couple of exceptions. My father was to be buried in California. Osceola Memory Gardens made all of the arrangements. I basically had two Funerals. One here and one in California. All went very well here in Florida. They were very professional. The only issue here was that they were supposed to have left the flowers with the church. They took them and not sure what happened to them. When my father was transported by plane to California, something was not done right. My father had a bad odor for the open casket viewing. Not sure what happened. But since Osceola Memory Gardens handled everything, I am making this review. I can only think that the embalming process did not go well for long term or they did not prep for transport correctly. So for transport long distance, I would not recommend them.

My father died on November 2017 and we made all the funeral arrangements with this funeral home. We also ordered a Head Stone that same day.It was promised to be ready in three months, It was paid along with the other services.Seven months later and still no Head Stone.Every time I talk to the lady in charge and question her about this situation she always comes up with a bunch of excuses and empty promises that are never fulfilled.I feel angry and disappointed with the people in charge of this, because I feel they do not really have any sympathy for our loss.( only for the money )Thanks
