I recently had the pleasure of visiting a FedEx location where I encountered two outstanding employees, Michael and Justine. Their service was exceptional and made my experience a delightful one.
From the moment I walked in, Michael greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to assist. He guided me through the various shipping options and took the time to ensure I understood each choice available. His knowledge about the services offered was impressive, and he helped me select the best option for my needs.
Justine also played a crucial role in my visit. She was incredibly efficient and detail-oriented, ensuring that my packages were properly prepared for shipment. Her attention to detail not only ensured that my items were secure but also made the process much smoother.
Together, Michael and Justine exemplified what great customer service should be. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s refreshing to see employees who are not only knowledgeable but also passionate about their work.

Mr. Guzman was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the notary process and what I needed to complete getting ny documents notarized. He reminded me of an old college roomy. I appreciated his friendliness and conversations. He would make a great manager.

Today I went to get my fingerprints done at this place, the treatment from the staff was very good from both employees, the lady who helped me spoke English and a little Spanish but she made a lot of attempts to speak and make herself understood and the people who didn't know English help you, very kind, very patient, very good treatment, really
