The people there are very awesome. I go to the salon for my dog. They take care of my dog. So well and very excited when they see her and my dog gets excited too when she sees them well. Yeah, her brother so cola, I say barber. Lol

I was really surprised with animals they have
For example I never saw a chameleon in my whole life, but the experience were really cute. You can find stuff for your pets and also you can find some good medicine.

I'm a very loyal PetSmart customer. I've spent thousands of dollars here. The manager Mark is extremely rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. He should NOT be a manager. I've called PetSmart and filed a complaint. Drive to the Loop and go to that PetSmart instead.

Horrific conditions. You can tell a lot about the professionalism of a pet business as a whole by the conditions of the most defenseless animals kept. See the photos of a tank **filled** with dead fish, there were several tanks with a couple of dead fish per tank as well. I asked the attendant who said, “I don’t know, I just work here.” He went on to say he’s not PetSmart and suggested it’s not worth enough to care about it. Beware of getting any pets from this location. I have other types of pets and will ensure I never buy anything from this location. Terrible experience.
