Most of the fish in this store are dead. There was even a dead turtle in one of the tanks. None of the employees were even looking at this. This has to be some sort of form of animal abuse!! This store needs better supervision or anything at this point.

Terrible service, we left our Goldendoodle for a cut and at the check-up everything was normal, that is, he had no problems with his hair, when they delivered him, oh surprise!! Completely bald and also with cuts on his mustaches in an unprofessional manner, the person who did it was Ashley P, we will not return, we will not recommend him and I suggest that before leaving your pet you think about it and look at other more professional options!! Please if you have to get a bearded dragon, do not buy from these pet stores. Buy one from a breeder that actually takes care of them. I bought a bearded dragon almost 2 months ago and he passed from parasitic infection. I read that a lot of bearded dragons that are bought from PetSmart end up passing within a few weeks or months from the poor care they receive. I am heartbroken that they don’t take care of the animals.
