Their cell phone apps don't work to open the gate and the elevator don't work and probably never going to get fixed so make sure don't rent on the second floor.

Im currently renting from 951 S John pkwy started my lease on the aug 5th first flag was no one was at this location and it was business hours smh no one is there to assist you unless you have an appointment ...I end up doing everything over the phone to avoid waiting any further, I went to the unit I opened it first thing I see is a dead ROACH & the padlock for the unit...The next day I came back to the location to return the lock it was exactly Aug 6 11:00 am on the dot return the lock & the lady behind the counter said you will get $21 whatever amount of cent to your card & you should be getting an email....Today is AUG 14 9:15 I haven't gotten an email and I been calling this location for the last 3 days no answer there at the location...on top of all this I started my lease the 5th I have to have my stuff out by the September 1 or else they will charge me, public storage is shady & take your money.. I had no problem getting in contact with anyone before my contract after that I haven't spoken to anyone... they will take your last

I came into the office looking for prices and to look at units. The property manager Coral helped me figure out all the prices and let me look at units. Very good customer service. I will definitely be back to purchase a unit.

I see that y’all are working to revive the place with all of this painting & refreshing the building….but can y’all please do something about all of these roaches?!? There is a serious roach infestation in these storages. It is terrible! I have removed things from my storage, only to have some of the little critters surprising traveling with me & this is embarrassing!! Please take care of this! This is not good for your customers!
