I have a moving business and this was my first time getting a storage unit. I was a bit nervous about it. But Kynaisha was extremely helpful and welcoming. She was very patient with my partner and I. She took us to see the unit. She has a amazing personality and her customer service was the best I've dealt with. I hope that she's around here for as long as I have a unit.. Hioe that things continue to be as positive as our experience

I have had one of my storage lockers for almost 13 years now, as well as two others for the past seven at Public storage at 951 John Young. The facility is clean, bright, and well run. I know that my belongings are safe, as well as being safe myself while I am on premises.There have been many managers and personnel over the last 13 years here. I have to give a very high recommendation for Kynaisha, the current onsite manager. She is very efficient, courteous, and a great communicator. She has made the process of clearing out and closing the three storage lockers that held my mom‘s precious belongings very easy and pleasant. She is one of the best. Many thanks for everything.
