Just rented a storage unit over the phone. I want to thank Awilda who was very helpful, explained everything regarding the rental unit process clearly and answered all of my questions. I look forward to meeting Awilda when I come to the storage unit.

You have to be careful when Online, read the whole thing before sign and pay, then remove the autopay to avoid excessive charges like an unnecessary insurances if you bring a regular or no so value moving stuff. Access is good but when I opened the unit I saw it too dirty, some oil at the floor, had to brush all walls and the sliding door, cleaned up spider nets, dust and spray for bugs and insects. This is just my experience, not bad at all but keep in mind you could find issues like that.

Broken doors for 3 months no AC in AC units and now dead rats popping up in hallway of my building I have pictures. Damage to belongings and no one to call. Kiosk doesn't work because they can't hear you. Calls to other properties and nothing. I was told I'M the only one complaining. Yes because I'm the only one that goes there daily. Never seen anybody else come in my building since I've been there 8 months. No one does anything there it's bad

I met AMY today. She was very kind to help me in reaching out a District Manager regarding my space which is in Miami. She allowed me to use her phone, her hot spot , etc. in order for me to pay my balance on the spot. She was polite, sweet, diligent. We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude. When gratitude enters the door, complaint jumps out the window. Amy, thanks once again. 5 ⭐️’s to you. Jacobo.

Move in was easy. Only issue was the "onsite" help kiosk. Agent was no help at all because I couldnt hear them and didn't know if they could hear me. So the agent kept shutting call down. So I left to try another day. Glad it wasn't an emergency.
