I have visited various Publix locations over the years, but this specific store stands out for its lack of respect, organization, and tolerance. I hope you take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to improve customer service at this location.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's sweet 16. The design i wanted the lady said they couldn't make the fondet, as it wasn't ordered 4 weeks in advance. I said ok and she told me that it had to be regular icing. She also said they discontinued the black ribbon as I wanted and that i could bring in ribbon and they could add. I brought them 2 different ribbons as I didn't know which would look better or stick. She said she would see which looked better. I asked them to make the flowers gold and they look yellowish. They charged me $212 just b/c it was a 2 tier cake. It does not in the slightest look worth $212 dollars!!! The party is tomorrow and I am very upset and can't do anything!!!

Go to Whole Foods for quality and value. Beware, over priced mediocre products. Store brand also trash, full of preservatives and garbage. Irregular animal policy which lacks common sense, even when placed enclosed in a carrier never touching a thing in store. I’m neither interest in placing my vastly clean carrier in any of those germ-ridden filthy carts/baskets which are hardly ever cleaned, if that. What a joke.

It’s a Publix. They are clean, the people are friendly, and the prices have skyrocketed to, as far as I can tell, about the top of all of the supermarket chains that I have visited in the past year. I shopped there for the sales and Bogo’s, and I do get my prescriptions there

I've been coming to this Publix location for over 10 years and have always appreciated the friendly service. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The cashier, Margie (or Marjorie), seemed visibly upset when I placed my basket on the conveyor belt. She was rough when bagging my groceries, slamming the items into the bags.
To top it off, there was an issue with my change. My total was $42.08, and I handed her $50.25. She didn’t register the extra $0.25 and gave me $7.92 in change, which would have been correct if I hadn’t given the quarter.
While I understand and respect that everyone has tough days, this experience was far from the usual high standard of service I’ve come to expect at Publix.

Publix is always a nice shopping experience. Was very surprised at yhe prices though alot was as expensive or more then in Boston. Have to take advantage of the coupons and B1G1 offers toake it worth while. Found their brand of items were actually well made and good for the most part.

The manager, I believe Kenny was his name, was extremely rude. Never had a worse interaction than with this man. If he somehow manages to keep his job after screaming at employees on the floor, being rude to customers, and more, I would be surprised.
