The lady that drew my blood had to be new. Instead of doing it like normal. She did it sideways and moved it. Enough to make me jolt. It still hurts and it was done yesterday.

No one to talk to all automated just here to take a drug test for work so I can get hired and now I'm going to have to be here for 3-4 hours and no one to ask when my appointment is cuz they came out and made me redo the appointment for later time today

The receptionist that assisted me was very rude, not helpful and made my experience at Quest feel bad from that point on. My visit was on 12/11/24 at 12:00 at the West Oaks location. I did not get the ladies name, but she was on the left end of the receptionist desk area as you came into the office and she had long blonde hair. She was rude for no apparent reason, did not assist or give me any suggestions to assist and I marched out and came back in and asked for a supervisor. That is the only way I got assisted, or I would have left that office and decided not to come back even though I have been coming their for years and they have my prior year records. She needs to know and respect her job and that she is the first line of communication and representation of Quest and can affect the professionalism and experience for the entire office visit.

The lady who did my labs was amazing, super kind. I had an appointment and didnāt have to wait long, however, to get my lab results was such a hard task, the app would not let me verify myself, and I tried to call customer service and it was an automated response. So no help there. Not very happy about that.

If you arrive at the time your appointment is scheduled you might miss it. If your check in entera the system right the minute of your appointment or even just one minute after, itās over. They check you in as a walk in. Wait times are usually like 1 to 2 hours

If you have children that need a blood draw. Please find a different location. My child has had 3 in her short life, and this was the worst. They sent in 3 women to hold down my child. So, 3 strangers are holding down a child. All she was doing was crying she was not an issue until the ladies tried to hold her. They used a huge needle. Not the small children ones. It was absolutely awful. They blew the vein and kept trying to wiggle the needle. It was absolutely the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. Do not take your child here. They shouldn't accept children if they don't know what they are doing.

I had no wait time. I scheduled my appointment the day before. The staff was very professional and cordial. I loved the experience. You canāt even see the mark on my arm. Maria was the best.

Posting for a friend so she can stay anonymous:
I went in yesterday to get an HCG test due to miscarriage symptoms so my doctor could check that my levels were rising properly. As I was in the chair getting my blood drawn I could hear a nurse in the other room yell āshe is here for a pregnancy test?! Just go take a pregnancy test like everyone elseā just because I was in there right before they closed. This is so unprofessional and ignorant. Do they not know that a blood test and an at home urine test are very different when it comes to making sure you actually are pregnant and what about miscarriages? This lady should not be working around people in any sort of medical capacity if she does not have compassion and empathy.
