I had Bre’anna Byrd as my phlebotomy technician. She went above and beyond in this is the most positive experience I have had getting my blood drawn. I am a very difficult patient as I have multiple orders from several different providers that aren’t all esent and in the system, and it has always gotten messed up in the past with labs getting left out or not drawn, and having phlebotomist stick me multiple times with huge bruises and a lot of pain. She did an excellent job and got me on the first try, did not leave a bruise, and she showed me all labs that she ordered for the day into the system and that my blood tubes were all labeled, she explained to me the procedure, and helped calm me down before my blood draw. This was positive and I will be following her to the davenport location hopefully for my next draw. She is very professional and intelligent and needs to be a manager or have a raise.

This site has changed a lot, tremendous deal. If you don't like it, go somewhere else and leave the bad comment for yourself, the problem is you...

It took us less than ten minutes from the minute we arrived to the minute we left because my wife and I scheduled an appointment in advance to minimize any waiting time. Tricia did an excellent job, and I appreciate that.

Had an appt at 10:10am but it was raining a lot so I had to reschedule for 10:30am.on the app. I arrived at 10:16am and they said they were not accepting any patients. Disappointed ☹️ I had that appt for a week and had to do the labs. Its so sad they just don’t care about patients.

I make an appointment every 6 months for routine lab work before I see my doctor. Every! Single! Time! It takes 20 or 30 minutes to do this! Your system doesn’t maintain previously submitted information. The systems NOT user friendly! It is supremely frustrating! I am a senior citizen and I am more computer savvy than many younger than me but it makes me VERY ANGRY . FIX THIS! ?

Got there at 9:37am for my 9:40am appointment, and was called in at exactly 9:40am for my bloodwork to be completed. They finished at 9:47am, I couldn’t believe how fast it all went. V kind and professional!

Person in charge was extremely rude. Phlebotomist was inconsiderate and not knowledgeable.

I made a appointment weeks in advance. They sent several reminders about me being on time. I’m here on time and they are running 40 minutes behind. It’s frustrating. Why do they allow people to be walk-ins when they are short staffed and can’t handle the people who have appointments in a timely fashion.

My appointment made it go faster. Highly recommend making an appointment. Center was very clean and organized. The staff was great ? at welcoming you at your appointment time ⏲️. Always use this place for labwork. Located behind RaceTrac.

I review places on this account as someone with a service dog and chronic illnesses-I had to get some work ups down from moving into the state. I typically bring my dog in but did not with the uncertainty of the building this time but I was in and out so my family was able to watch her and she was able to provide care accordingly when I left. Though, there is not really someone manning the front, I don’t think anyone would mind in the future or give guff to service dog handlers.I was very nervous for this. I have to get blood work at least every 6 months so I have been through the ringer of experiences with phlebotomists. The phlebotomist got me right away which is a rarity and I got sick, as I do often with blood draws. I get really embarrassed but I was cared for so well by the staff that ran to action to help me feel better. They were careful to make sure I was up and running before I went on.I knocked a star because this feels like late stage capitalism in a clinic. Like I said, there’s no human to check in. Just two scanners and kiosks. Then it was very busy with initials and Quest ads on the TV like a repo the generic opera bus station. It has that grey amazon, cheap new building feel-and that’s fine but again you can feel this is an expedited process where you’re probably mostly a number. The phlebotomist I had was great but I imagine there’s room here for not great experiences because of the volume and design of the appointment.

This site has technology issues, cannot print scripts via e-mail. Drove home quickly to get my script, and came right back . My appointment was at 6:45 to draw blood and the next appt on machine was 11:00 am, spoke to a supervisor and she’s going to try to squeeze me in but was not very pleasant. Will never come here again! ?

It says they take walk-ins and they will let you check in but then they basically ignore you unless there is an appointment that opens up and you sign up for it.

Today my son (with special needs) and I had a very unpleasant experience at the Lab Quest located in Poinciana. We both had an appointment at the same time. The Phlebotomist named Christina called my son and I made the caveat that I am his Legal Guardian, I must be there with him and that I also had an appointment for my labs. Very rudely, she said "you should stay in the waiting room because your name can be announced at any time". To which I replied in a soft tone, "it's fine, but I have to be with my son." Then, with an attitude of throwing papers and mitts on the table, she insists that my son signs the responsibility, at that moment I very politely told her that I am the one who signs everything for him. Suddenly, she rolled her eyes to me and said that she didn't care who signs it. At this point I am very uncomfortable with her attitude and I ask Christina why she is so upset , that I was very sorry that she is having a bad day to which she replied in a very loud voice (at this point even her co-workers heard her as well) "I AM NOT UPSET, NOT HAVING A BAD DAY". Christina finished taking my son's blood and she never apologized to us for her unprofessional attitude and lack of ethics in her work area to assist patients.I must think that people like Christina should retire with dignity or take a seminar on good manners towards patients on how to provide GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.NOTICE: if by any chance Mrs. Christina (Caucasian, about 60 years old, medium height and short hair) calls your name, please ASK FOR ANOTHER PHLEBOTOMIST TO ASSIST YOU.At the end, I went to another lady to ask if my name had been called and Marlene gladly and lovingly took my blood samples. Her assistance was completely professional and attentive. Thanks Marlene.

This location has a big waiting room and is fairly new. So far I have been here on 3 different occasions and they have walk in appointments available once you register at the computer. I only waited 20min or less. The nurses are polite and professional.
