  I dont do reviews at all but Wow...just wow! I have never walked into a gas station anywhere and ever felt like more than just a customer...this 1 particular employee made me feel like a guest...I had the pleasure of meeting one of the associates, that not only helped me but literally walked with me to make sure I found what I needed! She was kind, efficient and her customer service went above and beyond. I believe her name was Michelle and she was farely new but I promise you couldn't tell cause of how knowledgeable yet relatable she was. I ended up downloading an app that saved me money in the end!!! Store was clean, food was fresh and the customer service was on point!!!! I am now a Racetrac customer! Thank you Ms Michelle I thought my day was ruined before we met this, young lady ... amazing service 👏 🙌

  Girls inside are nice, but I used two different gas pumps where the trigger doesn’t click and you have to stand there and guess what a full tank of gas is because the clicker doesn’t work. Fix your pumps

  I am not someone who writes bad reviews often—if ever—but this Racetrack location has left me no choice. Hands down, this is the worst gas station I have ever visited.
  
  From the moment I walked in, the experience was shocking. Homeless individuals were sitting inside eating food, and I witnessed other customers eating food before even paying for it, completely unchecked. The girls behind the counter, while clearly visible, seemed entirely unaware—or uninterested—in what was going on. They stood around as if in a daze, utterly disconnected from the chaos unfolding in the store.
  
  The store was dirty, disorganized, and downright unsanitary. I was inside for over 15 minutes, and during that time, there wasn’t a single effort by the staff to clean, assist customers, or address the madness. It was absolute mayhem.
  
  I wouldn’t buy gas here, much less trust a bottle of water or any food item from this establishment. The level of neglect is appalling. This location is a disgrace to the Racetrack name, and I am surprised they haven’t been flagged by health or safety inspectors.
  
  Conveniently located by the highway, this place is nothing more than a convenience trap. I ended up going to the 7-Eleven across the street instead, which was a world of difference.
  
  If you value cleanliness, organization, or just basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. I would never, under any circumstances, visit this location again. Absolutely horrific.

  I recently visited the this place and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The store was dirty and poorly maintained. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than providing timely service. I waited several minutes at the cashier before being helped.
  
  To my disbelief, the cashier scanned my drink twice, even though it was clear that the item had already been processed. This was both frustrating and unfair. I would not recommend this RaceTrac location to anyone.
