I don’t like to complain but this will be my last time coming to this store I come all the time weekly this is the first time I’ve had a problem I went in about two weeks ago to return a skirt the guy at the register told me since I went pass the 7 day period (I didn’t have time to return since I do work full time and try to go whenever I get my eyebrows done next door I always pass by rainbow) I couldn’t get a refund ok fine so he offered me store credit of $21 I accepted the store credit I told the girl at the register the last time I was here he helped me she completely ignored me didn’t even ask for a phone number I went in today buying some jeans for work and I told the girl at the register that I had store credits she said since you don’t have the receipt I can’t give you store credit I was annoyed because I didn’t get a refund and then to use the store credits I needed to have my receipt?? What is the point of having a customer fill out a form with email phone number and then we can’t even use either of them anyways??? What if the customer doesn’t happen to have their receipt so we just don’t get the money back?? Any other clothing store I’ve gone to always asks for my phone number or an email, my total came out to $60 for just 2 pair of jeans and a pair of $12 sneakers and the skirt l tried to return was $21 which is pricey just for a plain black skirt the clothes are way over priced and they’re the most unfriendliest people they don’t say hello smile greet you they look miserable every time I have gone in there I won’t come back here anymore first I couldn’t get my money back then I couldn’t get the store credits that should have been on my phone number since he had me fill out a form with my email and my phone number.. overall just frustrated that I couldn’t get my money back now I know why not too many people go in there..I find this store super complicated for no reason and overpriced, lost a customer I will never go back here again something was wrong with their machine I’ve attempted to pay about 10 times and had put in my pin multiple times for some reason wasn’t working since I put in my pin so many times it locked my card at this point I was frustrated and left she could’ve at least searched up my phone number I didn’t like the way I was treated super unprofessional do better Rainbow. 👎🏻

Surprisingly like the sandals from here and they have good prices. I have also gotten cute clothes . I was annoyed though because they left a security tag and when I drove back to remove it bought some shoes. Well ended up with 2 of the same side so we had to drive back again. So check your items before you leave the parking lot. I wasted a lot of time and gas.

They have great clothes for everyone size even people who wear plus sizes I brought almost all my clothes from rainbows I highly recommend this clothing store this is my number one choice
