We took my parents here to celebrate their anniversary. Our server Alejandro was amazing, he dealt with a very finicky party and we were even able to work with him and Judy to get an off menu item (crab Alfredo linguine). Most of the food was great, a few items came out cold but they were promptly replaced or removed from the bill. Thank you Judy and Alejandro for making the night special! We’ll be back!

It's more of a diner than a restaurant. It is very dark and could do with a decorative refresh to enhance the dining experience.The food was overly greasy and smothered with so much garlic that the subtle flavours of the seafood were overwhelmed.The order was delivered bit by bit, so the other diners in the party did not get all of their food. Even though a waiter was asked, missing food was not dèlivered.A discount was given for the missing food,Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend it.

What happened to Red Lobster? It used to be a good chain restaurant that was reasonably priced and consistent. Now you get barely passable food, inconsistent service and inflated prices. The 192 Formosa Gardens location is Kissimmee is especially struggling. Walk in with a “reservation” only to be told that they took too many walk ins and I’m now going to have to wait 20+ minutes when the restaurant is mostly empty. A server struggling to serve half the restaurant. A general dirty and moldy smell to the whole place. Food which takes forever and is just very mid. I’m not sure how long they can keep this up before they lose all of their remaining fans.

Probably one of the best Red Lobster experiences ever!Nick was our server and he had been there for 10 years I believe he said. Did a great job and really deserved a good tip. Took care of our table well. Food was hot and great! Everyone in our group loved their meal.

Awful service. Received wrong order. delivered only 3 meals out of 8. Red lobster blamed Uber but Uber driver only delivered what he was given and showed us what he had been given. Re ordered and took red lobster 50 mins over the time they predicted to get the order ready. Tried calling but got lied to constantly. Do not

We are on vacation and we always come to Red Lobster, I no it sounds boring, but we like the same stuff all the time. We like the trustedness of thier menu being made the same no matter what state were in. That's why we go. But our server Chaqira F at the Red Lobster on West Irlo Bronson Mermorial Hwy, in Kissimmee Florida is the best server any restaurant could have. She new her menu, new great suggestions to go along with what we wanted. Brought us biscuits on the regular and really paid attention to us. I loved how we were treated from start to end. WELL DONE CHAQIRA F in Kissimmee, Florida you are A+ in food service and really great at your job!!SHE DESERVES ALL THE TIPS IN THE WORLD BECAUSE SHE WAS OUTSTANDING !!!

You have extremely disrespectful waiters (she has a badge nicknamed SUMMER for Uber and DoorDash staff and it's ridiculous to be waiting next to people who eat to wait for packages, take an example from other restaurants and make a TO Go place so that the people who serve can easily get the packages.
