I felt deceived by salesman Dennis Burrows at 900 W Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee. He said that my sofa would arrive today, 02/01, and when I checked the app to track it, it was scheduled for 02/29. He sold me insurance that was charged twice without me knowing, he added it to the final price, a lack of transparency with the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone.

poor customer service. rude customer service they only care about getting your money. my order arrived entire order was not delivered spoke with customer service they said well mistakes happen whats the big deal cant get it to be delivered untill days later even though they admitt someone did not put it on tbe truck. its a bed foundation .they said my kid would be fine without it for a few days. delivery drivers told my husband it happens all the time. no one cares at the company waited 2 weeks for delivery . THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.. i did contact company the day it did not arrive no help ay all

I bought a couch and had it delivered last Friday. I called today, Tuesday as the same couch went on sale the day after mine was delivered for $200 less. They said first they can issue me a refund to the account I paid with. Then they changed and said they can only give me a store credit. I am not happy. This is not what I want. Horrible business practice trying to force people to spend money in your store. I feel scammed !

Keith is my sales agent and he was patient as I changed my mind about 20 times. He helped me decor my home as well as made suggestions. I described to him what I was looking for and he went above and beyond helping to accommodate me! He helped to make the process smooth and had a great sense of humor. Keith knew the furniture and and products. That was very helpful. Thank you Keith for being a great asset to RTG!

Rooms to go locations have low ratings because they sell low quality furniture. Almost a year ago, I purchased furniture from this location, and the customer service I received from the sales representative was awesome. It was when I received the furniture and felt the difference. The furniture in the store had a special cushion inside the sofa, which made it comfortable. When I received the furniture, it had a piece of foam (not memory foam) inside the seats, which made my back hurt. I contacted the customer service phone number and was transferred to the manager of this store. The manager was rude and abrasive in speech. She didn't want to hear anything from me and refused to exchange the furniture. I also went through having a furniture specialist from Rooms to go come and inspect the furniture. The specialist agreed that the furniture needed to be exchanged. I called back to speak with the furniture specialist, and all of a sudden, he no longer works with the company. I just recently gave up fighting with this company and decided to share my experience to make the next consumer aware of the possible situation that may happen if you purchase from any Rooms to go. I wish I was warned, and I'm incredibly disappointed. Find a company that stands by their product and is willing to acknowledge their mistake& correct the issue!

Spend hours trying to get some furniture and no one even approach me or even said hello after all that I picked the furniture, waited more than a week to find out the sales person made a mistake on my order when I order a king bedroom set this guy puts a queen mattress after all the wait and time wasted for nothing . Will never buy again from there . Who gets a king bedroom set with a queen mattress? Waste of time ... get it together . They will hire anyone these days .

Our sales Associate was Angel Arocho and he definitely deserves a raise??Angel was so attentive? and respectful?and informative with all the products of the store and with everything that we were asking him. Excellent service on showing us different options and payment plans. We are coming back on this store just for him to receive that same service, for future furniture since we still need a lot more?. Absolutely love this store. Lots of different furniture but not cluttered. Everything was beautifully displayed. Our Sales specialist Angel was great explaining the features of our product and took his time providing options after listening to what our need was. Definitely recommend this store, would give it more stars if it were possible.??

I do not recommend this store. They provide good service when you come in, but of course they just want to get their commission. They don't tell you the “small letters”. I asked about some stool chairs, they told me that there is more variety online, but they didn’t say that there is no return/refund. I spent $750 on 4 chairs which did not match my dining area because the color was not the same as in the photo. I ordered them through the seller in the store. I called \u0026 emailed them to do the return and I was informed weeks later that there is no return with those purchases. I asked why they didn't tell me that originally (because that way I wouldn't take the risk with that order). Someone with the name Michelle just told me that it was in one of the papers they gave me and that the employees don't have enough time to cover every point during the sale (of course if it's not convenient). I had bought more items and had about 10 papers I was provided with, which realistically I wasn't going to read one by one at the moment before the purchase. But they knew it and could have mentioned it- because in a different day I went to the store for something else and mentioned to a different seller that I receive stool chairs I ordered online through them, but didn't like them and wanted to return. And he only said \"oh, those returns are always complicated”, but he avoided the subject. He obviously knew that they would NOT return my money. The salesperson did get his commission and I lost $750. Go to a different store. Do not buy from them unless you are going to read everything single paper before you pay.

Bad quality furniture. The sales people lie to sell the furniture. Our sales person forced on us protection coverage saying that it would cover anything. The set we bought had to be delivered more than 3 times because the coffee table was damaged every time it came here. They ended up crediting us for it but less than the table costs. Not even 2 years later the sofas decorative stitching came apart. We called the service to use the coverage and were advised that seams are not covered. If I knew I would have declined it but he was so pushy ans made it seem that it covers anything. My neighbor also had the same issue and same outcome. Please do not buy this furniture but if you have to definitely don't buy protection plan because it is scam and customer service is bad,especially this store on Osceola.

My husband and I bought our couch from here, we paid half and returned to pay the rest before purchasing any other furniture.The ladies at the cashier desk had absolutely no clue how to help us, and couldn't even tell us the balance we had left over on our couch. The cashier then proceeded to charge us OVER the amount that was due. They then handed us a paper with a phone number to call to pay our remaining balance.I honestly don't understand how they mistakenly overcharged us when they see the balance.We will NOT be purchasing any other furniture from this store.

After a long day, I stopped by Rooms to Go. I needed a dining room set. I met Carlos and he was kind and very professional. I complained about how tired I was and he didn’t mind. I am very grateful for the service I received tonight. Then I met Marisol and my night got even better as she was so professional. I hope Rooms to Go appreciate the great people they have at the Kissimmee store. Kudos to Carlos and Marisol. Thank you so much for your great service..Maria Alv.
