I like this ross because it’s the closest one to me and great items. But the self checkout really has to be thought out and made more convenient for the customer. Why should there be an associate checking receipts and taking off hard tags when that defeats the whole purpose of a faster checkout. I saw that I wasted more time waiting in the line for the one associate to check my items compared to if I were to go through the regular check out! A place like this should not have self checkout if it’s going to be like this and just have another associate on a register! Or just make the self checkout be supervised and have them come over if there’s a hard tag needed to be removed. No reason why customers would need to make a second line. 👎

The place is undersupplied and the brands found there are not at all striking and the security guard is terribly aggressive and complicated.

I always come to this ross because is the one that is closer to my house i never had an issue before but TODAY 11/19/24 at 8:20Pm i paid at selfcheckout and the women who is in charge of checking receipts and remove the security system was judging me as if i was a thief, i already paid for my item and i'm showing her the receipts and she even put her entire arm inside of the bag where my pillows were, there is where i am going to put my face this is not sanitary at all, then my boyfriend was checking out and she started pulling out some boxers that he was buying this is not like i'm buying a candle then my boyfriend bought a christmas bag which brings some soap and some scrubs and she even tried to open that to see if we put something there when was clearly closed by manufacter, store is 5/5 but this employee is 0/5
