I don't like the fact that the employees are calling the people in line saying next, when there are people still paying... people like their personal space , they do it to rush but I'm not liking it at all, half the time i ignore the employee and wait till the people leave then walk up to the cashier. They get mad but hey it's my preference...

Always way too busy, and not properly staffed to handle the number of people that come in. Seems tourist only like that Ross, they should staff it appropriately.

I’d avoid this Ross and go to any other one in the area they never have enough cashiers and the store is always messy and the managers never seem to try to help

Today's security lady was super friendly, only two cashiers for too many lines of people waiting to pay, these days there should be more people collecting.

the lady that checked me out was rushing my friend and I when there was hardly a line behind us. she called the next person to come up to the register without even finishing my transaction first. I’d usually get annoyed by this and just move along with my day, but she didn’t take the security tags off off two of my items because of her lack of attention. now I’ve got to go out of my way to drive back there and get them removed. what a hassle for no reason.

They make you get in the line to purchase just to LOOK at any item from the jewelry counter, even if the line is half an hour long and wrapped around to the back of the store.
