Me and my friends went to go look around and shop and sadly was being followed and watched by this older hispanic lady and it was very uncomfortable.Never again smh very unnecessary!!!SMH.

I am a frequent customer, today I went shopping (August 8, 2023), it was about to close (7:57 p.m.), I had time to grab 2 clothes and when it was 8 p.m., they told me to leave the things because it was going to close, it seems that the employees there have a hard time serving you 10 more minutes, I do not recommend it, I went to the store next door, which closes at the same time and they let me buy and I left at 8:27 p.m. I spent $200, those from rue21 lost a good customer.

I was very disappointed in the customer service we received at this store. The employees were not helpful and were extremely rude to our teenage daughter. Although the clothes are cute, we will NOT return to this store and DO NOT recommend them.*Poor customer service*Employees that body shame and bully*No in-store supervisor to report to

I loved the variety in styles. The store was neat and the staff were friendly and helpful. Regular price on items could be a little high but the sale and clearance they were running when I was there was fantastic.
