Just had my windshield replaced and got home to noticing black glue with a messy job of it being scraped on the side and touching the interior fabric of the car. I contacted the manager to see if they will resolve.TLDRjust a messy job with black glue all over the inside interior of my car.

If you have other options, do not come here , It takes 5,6 hours for them to replace your windshield .These techs are extremely slow , but some are slower than others according to the manager Bryant Shawntez.No urgency , no structure , bad service.Take your business somewhere else .

Just got my windshield replaced for my Porsche 911. Harold was a true professional. He explained the process in depth and addressed all my questions. He even transferred over my garage stickers without any issues. Took a week to source OEM windshield and schedule an appointment, but that was totally fine. Compared to what the Porsche dealership quoted me, this was only a small fraction of the price and well worth the wait. Was in and out of the shop under 2 hours. Thanks Harold and Safelite!

Horrible service. Never take the drop off option. Get a time appointment and still drop off the key if before hours. ALSO… Had to have my windshields replaced 2 times to get it right. I dropped my car off at 7:45 AM and it was the last one to be completed for the day not leaving their shop until 6 PM. No sense of urgency from management or service tech to get completed as I waited for an hour and a half at the end of my day to pick up my vehicle. When I got the receipt said they hadn’t even started my repair until 4:30 PM which was the time I arrived to pick it up. No one told me that they had just started my repair when I arrived at 4:30 PM. The manager said oh it’ll be at least 30 or 40 minutes, but did not state that they had just started. Then found out that the technician that was doing my repair was called in from the field to help out because they were behind at the shop. If you know anything about Safelite, their field repair specialist do not calibrate cameras. Therefore I had the last technician left in the building trying to calibrate my camera for the last hour of my day. Too bad Safelite has a lock on the windshield replacement market, would love to find a different glass shop than them! Do not go to the Kissimmee Safelite!!!! Not the only person there with bad info given to them by employees.

This place is trash. My dad took his work van here to get his windshield fixed and after telling him it would only be a day to fix, 3 days later they hadn't even started. He took it back the second week and after fixing the issue they screwed the rearview mirror and didn't set the rearview camera up, which they claim to be specialists in. Three weeks of dealing with the same issue, he took it to the dealer. Safelite has a history of being trash and honestly, they shouldn't get the busy they get. Take it somewhere else, pay more, do whatever.

I usually go to the shop I have used the mobile service in Colorado, Arkansas and Alabama, and always received excellent service. The mobile service for this location in Kissimmee was a real disappointment not only did they not keep the appointment, but they didn’t bother to tell me, they weren’t going to keep the appointment. And they had no intention of calling me back to let me know if I could reschedule so I tried to go to the shop they would not give me an estimate for a new windshield (only that I would have to pay my deductible and then Insurance would cover the rest. I do not make arbitrary claims on my insurance. My deductible is a $1000 I’m not going to pay $1000 for a windshield ) as my small chip turned into a big crack while waiting for them to show up.Through another company my windshield was $465. They showed up the next day as promised.

I had an appointment yesterday to repair the windshield of my car at 9:30am. When I got there after driving 1 1/2 hours in traffic I was told that instead of a repair I needed a replacement. The replacement job needed to be scheduled on another date as they don’t have any glasses warehoused in the location.I scheduled an appointment for today with a time frame from 8:00am - 12:00pm. I received a call at 7:50am from the technician, Willie, to verify that I would be in the house, which I confirmed.The technician called me again at 11:35am to let me know he was running late because one of his working tools broke and he was trying to wing it to complete the job he was currently at. I asked him, should we reschedule for another day? He said no, i will call you in one hour to let you know if I completed the job and will be driving to your house.I waited for one hour (12:35pm) for his call but he never called. I waited for three hours and he never called. I called his number to talk to him and asked him if he was ok and was still coming to do the job or not. He didn’t responded the call.I called the main office in Kissimmee and explained my situation. The operator put me on hold. When she came back to the phone, she advised me that she contacted the technician and that he was not going to be able to the job today. At this time I am feeling annoyed. I have been waiting for almost 7 hours to get this job done.The lady in this location said she can get me an appointment for me to drive again to this location to get it done.Well at this point I have spent two days to get this done. I understand that situation happens but I also know the lack of communication is the worst in any type of customer service situation. A customer waiting for an update call for 3 hours is unacceptable and horrible service.I preferred to book my service appointment in another location than to go again to this location.If you need service for your windshield go to another location. I would give a zero star if it was possible. I obviously will not recommend this location based on what I have described above. Feeling disappointed ☹️I should had read the prior reviews for this place before scheduling an appointment. ??♀️

Damaged was caused to my truck by the tech. Moving a stood and didn’t initially admit to it until I told him I saw him do it, and then he admitted to it. Was told by manager since other damages on the vehicle they’ll give me some touchup paint. To repair the damage caused by their technician and I have to do the touchup painting. Unbelievable.

I him, and this company too many people! I would also like to think my insurance, Geico they did an excellent job too sending me to the right company.
