What a bad time I just had there, with the cashier lady, she talking and talking with a customer, while I was waiting in line with my granddaughter, a lack of respect and common sense, there is another employee who is blonde and young She realized the lack of tact and respect and went to help me, but since she is new she can't get paid yet. I hope another customer doesn't have to go through that bad time.

The girls who work here are the best! I came in today and had a question about a hair mask and the two cashiers knew the answer:) I also had no clue as to what toner to get as I had never used one and the sweet girl who helped me knew her stuff. I showed her my reference photo as to what I wanted to get my hair to and it turned out the exact color I wanted!

7/22/22At last an excellent Sally store! And this is thanks to Maria! She was the best and I definitely let her know. The moment I stepped in, she offered me her help and found me everything I needed.The best part was that when I was checking out she took the time to pair my old account with my phone number. Trust me, it sounds easy but incredibly she was the only employee that took the time to do this, to fix the mess I'm sure another employee did and other employees in decades never tried to fix which caused me to get mad at Sally and stopped going for a while.

I’m here at least once a month. This store is always clean and organized. I have always been helped in a timely manner when I needed it. The staff and customer service is always the best. Keep up the great work ladies!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming , when I was Shopping it was very busy but the manager April and another employee took the time to help us along with everyone else . Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on getting us the right things we needed to do my daughters hair along with a few other products I was happy to see sallys now selling . Thank you ladies for being so helpful and sharing tips on what would work best for her hair . I can’t wait to come back for more it’s a 10 products and friendly service .

My daughter and another customer encountered an extremely rude behavior from one of the managers in the Kissimmee store Sally'sStore#522Address 1538 W. Vine street Kissimmee. Fl 34741 The manager was Carmen that's what I was told her name is when I called to find out. This just happened about 30 min ago. My daughter asked if they are still doing curbside pickup like she did last time with no issues the manager told her she would get no help with out a mask, I understand the guidelines and 100% agree with the rules. How ever she was rude and told my daughter and another customer to leave they will not be help when asked why are you treating us unprofessionaly she slammed the door in there faces and to make matters worse she proceeded to flip them off with her middle finger at them through the window.I have never been so appalled by behavior from a manager before.This manager needs to be trained on customer service and how to speak and explain things to there customers in a professional manner.
