This is the second time I've bought products that are expired, this shampoo is in pieces, it can damage the hair and it's really a shame because I've bought good products, I don't know what's happening but the same thing has happened to me twice now, first with the Mani maraca and now this.

I went to this store to return some unopened product I purchased at a other location and the worker told me I’ll honor it for You this time your not supposed to return at a store you didn’t purchase from” she was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor with an attitude. The product was up opened with receipt. I asked for the receipt and there was no verbiage stating you couldn’t return at another location. I called the customer service line to report her an I am awaiting a callback from the field manager. Not only is this employee lying she is also not providing any customer service. Has she been kind I had planned to purchase shampoo and conditioner but now I’ll go to another Sally’s.

I bought some products in your store located in Brunswick, GA after a couple of days I decided that I did not need those products and I wanted to return them in Kissimmee, Fl., the people who assisted me told me that I could not return the merchandise because they did not they had those items in inventory only exchange. I think this store definitely needs to work a little more on their return policies so I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from this store, unfortunately they have a zero in customer service.

I entered the store and the employees asking me for ID For what!!!!!!! And then call the manager ,the manager ask me for ID she saod this the policy!!!!! Then she asked me to leave the store or call the police Are u guys judging the customer by the look or what,u keep losing customers like that. KARMA

Checked online and it said they closed at 7 so why is it when I come at 6:40 there locking up and leaving the store , 2 ladies saw me coming and didn't say anything, they just locked up and left me there confused as to why they closed early. Poor customer service!

I used to shop here for all of my accessories and hair dye needs. However the day I was accused of being a dishonest customer for an employees labeling mistake was my last one. As someone who has worked at and managed several retail stores the audacity of the employees here was enough for me to never return or renew my membership card.

I ordered online a bundle that came 50% incomplete. The dye, the bowl and brush came, but not the developer (which is incompatible with the dye, btw, and the booster were not included). They credited back the items but I still ended up paying 75% of the total price. I tried returning the whole thing, but I had to go to the store to do so. There, the "manager", ERICA, was very obtrusive and uncooperative, gave 101 excuses why she couldn't refund me. "That's not the right receipt" "The account is in your wife's name" "The bundle is incompatible so it must be my mistake" etc. I was very patient and let her do her song and dance. I finally "convinced" her to give me store credit. Never ordering online again! Never going to that store again! ERICA needs training on how to treat customers F-

This store is smaller than the other one I used to go, but I decided to stay here because it was very organized and my eyes were pleased when looking for a product. I have not encountered any aggressive behavior by the employees, instead they have tried to help me in whatever I need.

I'd rather drive to a further location if it means not seeing the mess at this location. One step in the door and I could tell the girls working tonight were not going to be of any help. The girls working tonight were too busy gossiping and complaining about restocking the bare shelves to even notice customers coming in and looking for products that were low in stock or not available. Don't waste your time coming to this location when you really need a product or some help. The girls working tonight clearly don't care about making sales or getting you the products you need.

HORRIBLE! As soon as you open the door they don't even let you see their products. They start chasing you and don't even let you read a product label. You should only buy what they say and I end not buying nothing. I have recordings.I know there's people from HERE with bad habits, but I'M NOT from here and don't have bad habits.There very unprofessional I hope that store gets closed for ever.

Super friendly staff, they were very helpful. I didn't know what I needed to get my hair bleached and colored and they showed me where everything was and guided me on the process step by step. Only thing that wasn't perfect is that there wasn't all the products I was looking for but that's only because of lack of stock. Go here !
