I went in to get some hair dye the other day and it was fine. I was wanting semi-permanent fashion colors however, they didn’t have very many hair samples to show the color. I just went online on my phone and picked up a pink and mint color. The mint showed up much more blue in person instead of more green like it did online. My hair was already fairly white and when you look at color theory it’s clearly the hair dye and not me. The pink also showed up a lot more vibrant than it did on the sample (one of the only ones they had for the line). Not necessarily a bad thing. It just makes me wonder what we did differently since I did follow the instructions and left it on for 30mins (20-40 recommended). The pink also came out patchy which is 100% my fault. I was running out of dye so I just did my best with the color I had left and today I went in to get some more dye to fix it. Right before I came in someone illegally parked in the handicap spot. She apparently went into Sally’s to make a quick return and in those 3 minutes a tow truck noticed and was in the middle of hooking up her car. The associates were talking about it (as would I) went I walked in. They were clearly engaged in something else but one of the employees managed to pull away from the topic long enough to say “hi white girl.” I just ignored her and she went back to gossiping about the car. She honestly kinda seemed like a manager too. I know I’m lucky to be of European descent but that type of behavior is still not okay regardless. I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to the other Sally’s next time

Went there to look for some dry hair products/hydrations for my curls and the employees were really helpful. They speak Spanish which was a plus and I was able to walk out with low cost products and they work really well for my hair!! This is probably the best sally beauty sore I have ever been too.

My wife was looking for a specific hair dye which is hard to find in other beauty supplies stores. Lourdes Was Very helpful in helping me find the product my wife needed and went as far as to return my phone call once she check the product shipment inventory. If you need a specific dye color or product, I highly recommend you contact Lourdes and the rest of the Sally's staff at this location.

I give it three stars because the slim young lady with glasses helped my wife. But as for the lady with a blue mask on with a plastic dentist face shield on top of that, was a disgusting human being belching in the store like she was some heffer without excusing herself. We were amazed at how she thought she was in her trailer park while on welfare chugging down some beers…Slob! Feel sorry for the other girl having to work with this pig!

I can't say that this location is anything more than mediocre, with just the absolute basics you'd expect to find at a Sally Beauty. I've been here at least a dozen times, and it almost seems like it's mildly worse every time I visit. I hate to say that, because I'm a huge believer in posting positive reviews when deserved, and not solely writing scathing testimonials like alot of Karens jump online to produce, but unfortunately, Im also not going to water down my true opinions and attach my name to a product, service, or establishment that is less than stellar (in my humble opinion), with a false positive review.Each time I visit, I go in needing certain items, but I also always browse the entire store in case something catches my eye. I've yet to come here when the majority of the items I need are actually in stock. I can never get an actual date of when whatever it happens to be will be back in stock; just that they get a shipment every week and to check back periodically (which is the reason I still darken the doorway at this location). Also, they don't carry any of the hair extensions and such like most other Sally Beauties I've visited, and their selection of things aside from haircare products, dyes and the like, and nail polish is lacking.Also, I can overlook some missing items if the customer service is good in most cases, because I feel that the people make the brand as far as your initial experience goes in retail settings, but I'm left unimpressed in this area as well at this location, with the exception of one slightly more mature lady whom I spoke with on my next to last visit about a certain comb they carry that I can't find anywhere else on earth so far, but they are consistently out of. I sometimes get the feeling that the staff members have been instructed to sort of linger close by customers, and whether this is for customer service related issues or loss prevention issues, it can come off as if you are being followed around the store. I don't so much mind their presence, but it can be awkward for this to happen when you notice staff conversing with each other periodically in another language and with hushed tones then resuming their "stocking" or other busy work relatively close to you or another customer when they had just been doing the same on the aisle in which you or another customer had just left previously.
