I love Sephora and most of the time I have had good experiences both in store and online but honestly in this location I have had more than one bad experience. When you go to the store they never want to help you, they look at you as if you were going to steal and if you ask for the order by pick up, they always cancel your order for no reason. Orders have been canceled 3 times on different occasions. It's the nearest store but it's the worst. I have had to pick up my orders at the Disney Springs location even if it is further away.

Clean and well organized, but negative energy within staff and management can be felt around the store. The employee who was assigned to help me lacked knowledge, effort, and motivation.

At first I wasn't sure that I would have a pleasant experience, I had someone ask if I needed help, but then she disappeared. I'm new to the makeup thing so I'm still uncertain of a few things and wasn't sure what I actually needed. Andrea walked by, and she made the shopping experience so much better, we did a color match, then a swatch to make sure it was the right fit. She also recommended other affordable products to help with makeup application. Can't wait to try all my products.

i went today to sephora and i usually don't look for people to help me but valeria was amazing with me, she was so kind and omg no she's so cute i'm coming back and ask for her help always!!!

I went inside of this Sephora today and it was a VERY terrible experience. The employees were not very nice or welcoming, I walked around the whole store and not one employee bothered to ask me if I needed help finding anything. Most of the items there were very low in stock or it was hard to find products that weren’t used. One of the employees there literally was watching me in every aisle like if I was about to steal something; i’m not sure if it had to do with the fact that I’m BLACK or the fact that I’m a 16 year old girl that looks young for my age. I will definitely not be returning to this Sephora because they treated me very poorly and there is no diversity among these workers.

September 4th, 2023rude , unprofessional manager named Perla unwarranted bad attitude.Today was the worst experience I've had at Sephora by far.so I walked into the store and I was greeted kindly. I continue to search for a new products and make up and as I'm trying on products, I find a beautiful blessed that I had been looking for. I looked around for a team member and I seen a young lady who was working there stocking shelves, checking products, I walked over to her and kindly asked her to help me try on this product. I let her know that I was enthusiastic about trying on the products. I asked her for help and her reply was I can help you put that on the way that she spoke to me was rude. She seem to have an attitude. I kindly told her that's OK I'll just try it myself. I walked off and continue to try to put on the product. The blush got messy on my hands so I walked over to the mirror counter and attempted to put the blush on myself. I did not find what I was looking for. I did not have help so I grabbed one of the clean brushes to apply on the blush. No, I was being a sanitary as possible from my knowledge as I'm putting on the blush, another team worker walks up to me and tells me you can't use that blush that's for services only. I explain to her that I had asked for help in this department because I was unaware and she had told me OK well, you can't use these brushes they're only for services so I asked to speak with her manager. Come to my surprise the manager was the lady who was being rude. I walk up to her and I say ma'am are you the manager she goes yes I am in a rude tone. I say well I ask you for help you did not help me, so I tried the product on myself, and was told I am not in the right the way that I was using it. I told her if you had kindly told me how I could use this area to try on this product I would have known. I told her that her tone was rude and if she would've had proper customer service that this situation would not have happened and now I am not having a good experience. She did not apologize. She continue with her rude tone and I told her that I would be reporting this to her managers. She hesitated to give me her managers information and told me to just go to sephora.com to report her as I kept asking who are her managers. She finally gave me two names. I put them into my phone and I asked her how to spell her name. She puts on a condescending tone and tells me well. I'm sorry if you feel that way, and I told her I have been in customer service, and all she had to do was explain to me how to use the products and , tell me so that I can be knowledgeable. She continued with a condescending tone by telling me we'll have a good day. I explain to her that I was not having a good day. This is not a good experience for me, and that I will be reporting her she's smart and I had walked off. It's very unfortunate when people spend thousands of dollars yearly at Sephora and we walk into a Sephora and we're not treated kindly. We're not giving a true apology and they were gaslighted to feel like , we are in the wrong. There is a way that you talk to customers and there is a way that you are not to talk to customers and I do not feel like someone in this position should have spoken to me in this way, considering the tone that I was giving her. I will continue to press this issue, because of her tone in her condescending manner, her shrug shoulders, and the fact that people were walking around the store, looking for help and she's the manager manager there and that's the way that she runs the store. Her name is Perla. And the other ladies name is Wilmarie. My problem with WillMary is the fact that she also didn't show me how to use the product myself. She just told me that I'm not using it correctly and I cannot use the bushes is for services at what point do you show a customer who does not know how to use something or use an area how to do it is this common practice here?.

Came here to get my makeup done. Michelle was amazing and so sweet! My makeup looked flawless and lasted all day. Will be returning again with Michelle if I ever need to get another full face glam!

Wasn't here long and didn't make any purchases. But I was glad to test out a perfume I was interested in buying. They had lots of products, on the pricey side (as expected), and their staff was very helpful.

Wow what can I say, this was not a regular visit, but an experience! I really appreciated the attention I received from the moment I stepped in the store. From the girl that said hi and helped me find the products I was looking for, to the cashier, plus the skin specialist Susan and the esthetician Perla. The knowledge of the last two wow! I really loooved being there, thank you for the experience and my birthday gift too! I promise to take care of my skin ??♀️

This place is addicting!! So many great brands to chose from. I had a facial done and it was amazing!!! Worth every penny. Service was great ? The products they used felt so good on my skin.Also this o/s concealer brand is the best I have so far! I have the compact as well...very good brand.
