Terrible experience at this Shell gas station. I started pumping gas, but the meter kept charging me even though no gas was coming out. I recorded a video of it happening and went inside to show the clerk. Instead of helping, she was rude and completely dismissed my concern. On top of that, she refused to give me the correct change back. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
I won’t be coming back here again.

Super awesome place to grab gas, food, souvenirs, and get your mail done all in one place. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Recognize Babu at the front desk for being so helpful!

Went in looking for foam igloo and found one with $ 8.99 on it. Took it to cashiers and charged me $15.00 for it, when I asked her why is that she claimed the price is wrong. And she removed the tag. Told her we buy it in Michigan for $4.00 she said so you can go there and buy it. She was too disrespectful and sarcastic no one should go there or you will be ripped off.
