This store is always playing with prices and trying to rip you off. I have a commercial account and they always give me a hard time with the prices that are set for my account. Go to PPG down the street, they always seem to pick up Sherwin Williams slack

Wow!! I walked in and really needed some help. There was an abundance of activity at the front of the store.... maybe contractors? I meandered through the colors, but not one person approached me to help.

Had a member of staff help me match a color for touch ups around the house. He matched the paint perfectly. I was actually amazed how good a match it was. Perfect workmanship, top marks to all the staff at this store. Well done

I shop at many Sherwin-Williams stores, but definitely This is the best of all, the manager is a super attentive, pleasant, efficient guy and is always interested in offering you the best service, not to mention his wonderful team. They are good-humored guys, nice and educated people. Whenever I need to solve something about my account or some support from my Account Manager, Mrs Zatt Marie is always ready to assist me and does not measure efforts to find a solution. I decided that no matter where I am, I drive to this store to buy paints. BEST SHOP IN SHERWIN-WILLIAMS!!

Just went into the store looking for concrete stain and the staff looked at me like I was crazy. All 3 employees had no idea what I was talking about And when I asked them about concrete stain on the shelf and I pointed to it they literally said yeah that might work

I have a bad experience with my paint, this store makes a wrong color then the manager says come back tomorrow, I pick up next day and I start paint at the same bucket I paint corner at the floor then I continue with the roll, at the end the paint not mash.
I have had bad experiences with paints, this store has made the colors for me and they never match, the last time I bought 5 buckets they made it a different, lighter color and the manager told me to come get it the next day but they didn't make new ones which What they did was add color to make it look like the color I asked for and they were not the same color, I used the same bucket to paint the edges of the floor and then I continued with the roller and the paint did not match and it was the same color.
I don't recommend this store.
