I was trying to touch up a room and the old left over Sherwin-Williams paint had dried up in the old can. I took the old can to Sherwin-Williams near me and Carolina tried to match it for me. It was not easy and she really worked hard to get it right. I thanked her for her effort. I painted the area today and it matched beautifully!!!! Good job Carolina!!!!

I had a very positive and seamless transaction with Rickelle. She listened to my situation, answered my questions, and gave her professional opinion about the products I needed. This was particularly helpful because I had my two toddlers in-tow, and she was so kind and considerate to make sure they were taken care of. I will definitely be returning to this location for all future painting needs.

We really appreciate Julio at the Celebration Sherwin Williams store. No matter how busy the store is, Julio always has a happy demeanor and spends the time needed to solve our painting challenges.
Julio helps with product knowledge like the best paint products for specific areas or applications. We’ve used Sherwin Williams products on several homes over the years and always need expert advice on the best paint products for our specific applications, like painting trim or cabinets or walls or ceilings. Our most recent project was purchasing paint for the exterior of our house, and we needed more of a particular paint than they had on hand. Julio called around to different Sherwin Williams stores to find the item and when we arrived, the paint was waiting for us – easy peasy!

Poor retun service. I went to this store anout 5 15 pm, theres only one guy over there, I ask for return a galon of a product to fill craks on walls to I bough by mistake a week ago at the same store. The guy said ok, mynsurprise was any moment he took it inside out of my range of view and change for another with a can open and apparently used. He said to this used can was the mine and can not return it. His surprise is to my can has a dry small stain of pain in a side that I made with paint I bought the same day to I bought the product in mention, He was very unprofessional and didn't show me the return policy of the company. I took my gallon and left the store. Cause I felt unsafe because this guy has been able to call me lier in my face.. unacceptable behavior.

They have someone on the counter giving bad treat to people, his name is Khalid, he doesn’t help to anyone and always thinks he has reason in everything, he needs to understand that we the customer are coming to suply our needs
