I made a vaccination and wellness check appointment over 6 weeks ago for my puppy at Snip It. I heard they weren't as expensive as most vets and I'm on a budget. No truer words "Remember you get what you pay for" apply to an establishment more than Snip It. The staff emailed me 2 hours the morning my appointment was scheduled stating there was a scheduling error and the vet only does vaccinations on Wednesdays. I was very upset to say the least and called several times to only got their voicemail. I tried calling again several times and finally got a staff member. I told her the situation and said I planned around this vet appointment weeks ago. She asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment and I told her that it's hard for me to change appointments without planning for it. While on the phone with the staff member I probably heard every excuse in the book from her but never once did she accept responsibility for not contacting me weeks ago. I also told her that I called last week and left a message to confirm my appointment because I was making plans around it. I never heard anything back from them until the morning of the appointment. Her excuse was they've been busy around the holidays. Also when you make an appointment you have to give them a $10 deposit and if you cancel the appointment the $10 becomes a donation to their clinic however not once did I hear her say that they were going to refund my money. I will never take my puppy to this clinic knowing how unprofessional they are. I would be afraid that they're like this with your pet. No, thank you! I would rather pay more to get professionalism, better and safer quality service. Sincerely a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer.

This place did an amazing job. I’m very protective of my cat so I was scared no matter where I would have taken her. But the process was just as expected, it’s been less than 24 hours and she is back to normal and hyper as can be. Thank you all so so much idk how I would have afforded it anywhere else, this is the only place I’d go ❤️

Had to male kitten's fixed. This place is in order. Everything went smoothly. Staff are positioned to get you in and out. Highly recommend.

I have now taken 3 of my dogs here to be neutered and chipped. The people here are so kind and helpful. They give their best for the animals in their care and I highly recommend them for that as well as their prices.

This ppl are amazing I brought my 3 dogs to SNIP-IT to spay them and vaccinate them ,I can not stress enough how much they are friendly, they doing amazing work,they have great team. They are no less then 5 stars.

They butchered my cat she will forever have serious scar tissue and trauma ended up having to take her to the emergency vet and spending over 300 to get her on pain meds and antibiotics they also had to scrub her incision site to even be able to tell what they did to her it was so botched. They over glued her and the emergency vet was even talking about having to reopen her and scrap out the shit ton of glue they piled in there not to mention it took them three days to contact me back about the situation and by that time I'm already out 300 plus what I gave them to spay my cat... unless you want your cat dead or seriously botched don't go here

Took my cat here to get spayed. Price is very affordable however process of checking in and picking up your cat in my opinion is not very efficient. There building an area of business is very small so I understand why they have a pick up and drop off system. Please note come 20 mins earlier than your drop off time. Everyone goes here because of the affordability of the surgery. Like gets very long. Staff was great and friendly to me, however you can tell they need to rush as much as they can to get the animals in. So please note customer service will not be the best far from other places. When I picked up my cat she was great and did well and they did give me as much information that I asked.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone. My dog received some services here last year. I wanted to continue my business here but I get the run around or can't get a direct answer instead I'm told to find information on the website. Whats the point of the contact email? Forget it. I'll just go to my regular vet down the street.

I don't believe the other reviews are true. This is absolutely the worst place to bring your loved ones. I dropped my baby off to get neutered and was called back to come get her. I work 45minutes away at a hospital, which I left work right away to come get her. I arrive and they told me it would be another 25 dollars to release her early. They want to charge me another 10 dollars for a license and they refused to give me back my dog. I had to call the police on them. Worst place ever, rip off and a bunch of con people

This place is better than your vet. They spay and neuter dogs and cats all day. Your vet might do one or two a month. Save some money and reduce risk to your pet. Go here.

Had my dog neutered there. It was reasonably priced. They were very efficient in the check in process and the checkout process. The issue was getting an appointment to begin with as it fills fast!

One of my feral cats Oliver went blind and I had to make the difficult decision to put him down. I decided it's best to euthanize him rather than expose him to possible danger. He also had broken teeth.RIP Oliver. Thank you to the kind and compassionate staff at Snip it Clinic. Your moral support was greatly appreciated ?
